The children’s cushion from KNERST arrived in a very sturdy cardboard box<\/strong> from the manufacturer, packed very compactly. Amazon only included the typical Amazon paper envelope with the shipping information. The box was undamaged<\/strong> and easy to open<\/strong> without any tools. The product was packed very compact<\/strong>ly inside. In the box, the children’s pillow was already in the pillowcase provided and in a practical storage bag made of organic cotton, which also offers additional protection during transport. The product<\/strong> was therefore fully protected in this case. The children’s pillow arrived in perfect condition<\/strong>, made a very good first impression and could be used straight away without any further effort<\/strong>.

The ergonomic children’s pillow was supplied with both an organic cotton pillowcase<\/strong> and a practical cotton storage bag <\/strong>. As the pillow arrived already in the pillowcase<\/strong>, it could be used straight away <\/strong> without any major effort<\/strong> after a brief airing. Care instructions and tips for use<\/strong> are only<\/strong> printed directly on the packaging<\/strong> and are not<\/strong> included in the flyer supplied<\/strong>. Duplication of this information would be helpful and desirable, as not all customers may wish to keep the box. The instructions and tips for use on the box are understandable and written in German, <\/strong>although there are a few spelling and grammatical errors<\/strong>. The most important care instructions <\/strong>can also be found directly on the product,<\/strong> but the washing symbol does not<\/strong> include<\/strong> the recommended number of degrees<\/strong>, which is precisely stated as 30 degrees on the packaging. The complete contact information with address, telephone number, e-mail<\/strong> and web address<\/strong> of the company is also only <\/strong>given on the packaging box<\/strong> and not<\/strong> on the flyer<\/strong>. All in all, this is a compact, sustainable <\/strong>and generally very customer-friendly way of sending a product. Only the information<\/strong> on the use and care of the product and the contact information could be improved<\/strong>. An additional imprint in the flyer would be desirable<\/strong> so that the packaging box does not have to be kept forever, but can also be reused as a gift box or shipping packaging, for example. The children’s pillow is clean and carefully finished<\/strong>. The pillowcase has a natural design<\/strong> with an unobtrusive floral pattern<\/strong> on unbleached organic cotton<\/strong>. If required, it can<\/strong> of course be replaced<\/strong> at any time without any problems<\/strong>, as the pillow is a standard size for children’s pillows. The children’s pillow and the cover are very carefully made <\/strong>and are therefore certainly tear-resistant, stable and durable<\/strong>. The fine seams make it particularly soft and pleasant on the skin<\/strong>. The product is manufactured in accordance with OEKO-TEX standards <\/strong>and certified accordingly.
