In our test, the door strap for fitness bands<\/strong> from DX Fitness<\/strong> made a very good<\/strong> impression. As well as being easy to install, the product also offers outstanding quality. In addition, the door strap is height-adjustable and can be customised for any exercise. Nevertheless, a larger selection of fitness bands would have been desirable in order to have the right weight or resistance for every exercise.<\/p>

The door trainer<\/strong> from DX Fitness<\/strong> arrived in the classic Amazon box<\/strong>. The contents were packed<\/strong> in an extra box<\/strong>, which is visually very nicely designed<\/strong>. However, the box had a few signs of use<\/strong>. Despite this, the product<\/strong> was well protected<\/strong> and arrived without any damage. It should also be emphasised that no plastic<\/strong> was used in the packaging of the door trainer. As only cardboard was used, the packaging<\/strong> is very sustainable<\/strong> and can be reused. The packaging gives the door trainer a very good first impression<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div>

After unpacking, you first find the door trainer in the carrying bag provided<\/strong>, which is really great for travelling<\/strong>. It comes with clear instructions,<\/strong> a QR code<\/strong> to open the explanatory videos and a thank you card<\/strong>. Inside the carrier bag you will find 2 different fitness bands<\/strong>, 2 handles<\/strong>, 2 foot straps<\/strong> and the door holder<\/strong>. With the instructions and the great video, the door holder is very easy<\/strong> to set up. You can then start exercising straight away<\/strong>. The door trainer makes an excellent first impression<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div>

The colour selection of the black belt and the red or green strap is well chosen, so the door trainer does not immediately catch the eye and fits into any home. The door strap, fitness strap and handles are excellently manufactured and have no negative conspicuous features, which is why the product appears extremely stable. In our test, we could not find the maximum of the latex bands, as they withstood every stretch. The only negative point that stands out is that a fastening for the fitness band when not in use would have been desirable. The strap gets in the way when opening and closing the door. Ultimately, however, the door trainer makes a very good impression.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

With the door trainer you can do really effective training at home. Thanks to many explanatory videos online, all possible muscle groups can be trained with the door trainer. The perfect height adjustability, which can be easily adjusted with a double buckle, also contributes to this. This allows the fitness bands to be used from different angles. Unfortunately, there are only two different fitness bands, which means that no major weight differences can be made. After many training sessions, there are still no signs of wear. The door trainer completely fulfils its purpose and offers excellent home training.<\/p><\/div>
