The WindowShield<\/strong> sun protection film <\/strong>arrived for our test in the typical Amazon shipping box. This was undamaged<\/strong> on arrival and could be easily opened by removing the adhesive strip. The product box contained the rolled-up film in a round, sturdy cardboard shipping tube. This packaging method provides the product with optimum protection against external influences<\/strong>. As a result, product protection <\/strong>was fully guaranteed <\/strong>and the sun protection film was delivered in perfect condition <\/strong>.
The packaging is partially recyclable<\/strong>. However, the cap cannot be recycled<\/strong>. Notwithstanding this, the presentation of the product makes a very good impression<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div>

The contact information <\/strong>, including telephone number and email address, can also be found in the instructions and on the shipping sleeve. All in all, this is an exceptionally well thought-out way<\/strong> of shipping a product.<\/p><\/div>

First of all, it should be mentioned that the sun protection film makes a very good visual impression<\/strong>. We did not notice any processing errors<\/strong>, unclean edges or creases. The product also impresses with its functional <\/strong>design. The tools included are also of high<\/strong> quality. Only the rolled delivery makes<\/strong> handling more difficult<\/strong>, as the material initially wants to retain its original state during installation. The problem is solved on first contact with the window.
<\/mark>There is no information on the sustainability of the product. The manufacturer merely points out that the sun protection film can be easily removed<\/strong> if necessary. Due to the high-quality materials<\/strong> and excellent workmanship<\/strong>, we assume that the product will have a long service life<\/strong>. In addition, customers can contact the German family business<\/strong> at any time if they have any queries.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

The WindowShield sun protection film generally surprised<\/strong> us in a positive way<\/strong>. The equipment supplied, especially the high-quality squeegee with felt layer<\/strong>, was very useful<\/strong> and theclear installation instructions<\/strong> helped us to apply the film to the window. In contrast to the manufacturer’s other window films, there were no markings to cut<\/strong> the film precisely to size<\/strong>, which is why we used a ruler to help us. The self-adhesive<\/strong> backing<\/strong> in combination with plenty of lye water adhered <\/strong> very well<\/strong> to the window at the first attempt. Any air bubbles could then be smoothed out with the squeegee. Nevertheless, it should be mentioned that mounting alone requires some patience <\/strong>and is much easier with two<\/strong> people. Especially as this avoids the possibility of the back sticking. <\/p>

Overall, the sun protection film offers good privacy protection during the day<\/strong> thanks to the reflective coating<\/strong>, without noticeably darkening the room. In our test, we also noticed that our bay window heated up considerably less<\/strong>. How the UV and heat protection behaves in summer would have to be determined in a long-term test.
The tested model<\/strong> in the size 44.5 x 200 cm is also available in 60, 90, 119, 149 x 200 cm and 44.5, 60, 90 x 400 cm.<\/p><\/div>

In contrast, other reviewers praise the heat protection <\/strong>and the high quality<\/strong>. Almost all reviews recommend installation with a lot of patience<\/strong> and a helping hand<\/strong>. In our practical test, we can confirm that a second person<\/strong> is recommended during installation. We also noticed a heat-protective effect<\/strong>. In order to be able to make a more precise statement here, a practical test over a longer period of time would be necessary.<\/p>

Prices of up to \u20ac25<\/strong> are charged on the internet for equivalent products. Very inexpensive products, on the other hand, are available for as little as \u20ac10<\/strong>. The WindowShield sun protection film <\/strong>is therefore in the middle price segment with a current price of \u20ac19.95<\/strong>. Consequently, the price ratio <\/strong>is good<\/strong> for the quality and scope of services you receive.<\/p>
