In addition to its elegant yet simple design<\/strong>, the product impresses above all with its high-quality workmanship<\/strong>. It is made of robust aluminum<\/strong>, which is rust-proof <\/strong>and weather-resistant <\/strong>. Installation is possible on all standard garden doors and fence gates <\/strong>from 60-150 cm wide, but takes a little time <\/strong>and is easier with a helping hand<\/strong>. Once installed, the garden gate closer prevents <\/strong>the gate fromslamming shut<\/strong>. At the same time, it allows automatic closing<\/strong> using the latest technology. The product therefore offers increased security<\/strong>, especially for households with children or pets.<\/p>

The “Camelion” garden gate closer <\/strong>from Paul&Anton <\/strong>arrived for our test in the typical shipping box. This was undamaged<\/strong> on arrival and could be easily opened by removing the adhesive strip. The product box contained the garden gate closer and accessories. Some of the accessories were wrapped in plastic film. This packaging method optimally protects<\/strong> the product from external influences<\/strong>. Product protection <\/strong>was therefore fully guaranteed <\/strong>and the garden gate closer was delivered in perfect condition <\/strong>.
The packaging is partially recyclable<\/strong>. In contrast, the plastic film cannot be recycled<\/strong>. Notwithstanding this, the presentation of the product makes a very good impression<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div>

The product box contained <\/strong>a “Camelion” garden gate closer<\/strong>, two different steel brackets<\/strong>, two cap nuts and<\/strong> two lock nuts<\/strong>, four Filipp plugs<\/strong>, various screws <\/strong>and the installation instructions<\/strong>. The installation of the garden gate closer is clearly <\/strong>described to the customer in German and English<\/strong> using illustrations <\/strong>and short texts<\/strong>. A QR code printed on the packaging also provides access to various installation videos<\/strong>. Contact information, <\/strong>including a WhatsApp number<\/strong> and email address<\/strong>, <\/strong>can also be found in the instructions. However, there is no address <\/strong>for the company. Nevertheless, this is a very good way<\/strong> to send a product.<\/p><\/div>

First of all, it should be mentioned that the garden gate closer makes a very good visual impression<\/strong>. We did not notice any manufacturing defects <\/strong>. Furthermore, all transitions are clean <\/strong>and there are no scratches or edges<\/strong> to be seen. The product is made of aluminum<\/strong>, which is very high quality <\/strong>and robust <\/strong>. The garden gate closer also impresses with its elegant yet simple design<\/strong>.
<\/mark>There is no information about the sustainability of the product on the product page or on the packaging. However, due to the high-quality materials used, we assume that it will have a long service life<\/strong>. The product is also rust-proof <\/strong>and weather-resistant<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

The “Camelion” garden gate closer can be mounted at different heights<\/strong> on the garden gate (top, bottom or middle) and must be mounted depending on the hinge type. As soon as the mounting position and mounting hole have been determined, the two brackets can be attached to the garden gate. A helping hand<\/strong> is helpful here, but not absolutely necessary. All distance measurements should be carried out several times and carefully<\/strong>, which is why the installation takes some time<\/strong>.
Once installed, the door closer offers an effective solution for all standard garden doors and fence gates<\/strong> with a width of 60-150 cm. Thanks to its modern technology, the product prevents the gate fromslamming shut<\/strong> and at the same time allows gates that would otherwise be open to close automatically<\/strong>. This worked smoothly in our practical test. The product therefore scores highly in terms of safety<\/strong>, especially for households with children or pets<\/strong>: no open gates and at the same time less risk of injury thanks to the soft close function.
The tested “Camelion” model in the size 180\/170 and silver color<\/strong> is available in other colors<\/strong> (anthracite and green). There is also another model with different dimensions and power in the color silver and size 120\/170<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div>
