Food stays juicy and does not burn. A good dash of oil<\/strong> should be added to ensure that the food is removed easily. The cast iron pan<\/strong> from TECOR <\/strong>arrived for our test in the typical shipping box. This was undamaged<\/strong> on arrival despite the heavy weight. The box contained the pan <\/strong>wrapped in paper, together with the instructions for use <\/strong>and recipe book<\/strong>. The packaging method optimally protects<\/strong> the product from external influences<\/strong>. Product protection<\/strong> was therefore fully guaranteed<\/strong> and the cast iron pan was delivered in perfect condition<\/strong>. The packaging is also recyclable<\/strong>. In this respect, the product leaves a very good first impression<\/strong>. Neither the cast iron product nor the packaging used was damaged.<\/p><\/div>

The cast iron pan<\/strong> was wrapped in paper and placed securely in the product box. A spatula <\/strong>and leather protective handle <\/strong>were also supplied. The correct handling (safety instructions, use, baking and cleaning instructions) was described in the German-language instructions for use<\/strong>. The contact information<\/strong>, including a Whatsapp number<\/strong> and email address<\/strong>, can also be found in the instructions and on the product box. Overall, this is a very good way<\/strong> to send a product.<\/p><\/div>

First of all, it should be mentioned that the pan makes a very good visual impression<\/strong>. We did not notice any scratches<\/strong> or processing defects <\/strong>on the material. The product also impresses with its appealing<\/strong> yet simple design<\/strong>. The weight of around 2.7 kilograms<\/strong> speaks for its robustness. The product holds a total of 2.5 liters<\/strong>. All product parts are not dishwasher-safe<\/strong> and must be cleaned without detergent <\/strong>. It is also advisable to bake<\/strong> the product before using it for the first time, although this product has already been baked. This is common for cast iron products.
Information on sustainability can be found in the instructions for use. To ensure a long service life, the manufacturer also provides tips on how to handle <\/strong>the cookware correctly <\/strong>. <\/p><\/div><\/div>

Before using the cast iron pan for the first time, the manufacturer recommends baking<\/strong> the product in the instructions for use, although this has already been done for the first time in the production process. You should allow at least one hour<\/strong> before cooking for the first time.
We prepared various dishes for our test, including Kaiserschmarrn, a steak and fried eggs. The product always ensured even heat distribution<\/strong> so that our food was cooked at the right temperature<\/strong>. Although the handles<\/strong> can get very hot<\/strong>, this is not a problem thanks to the handle protector supplied. We used a good dash of oil<\/strong> to make it easier to remove the food. Subsequent cleaning was not always residue-free<\/strong>, but according to the manufacturer, the residues form a natural coating<\/strong>, the so-called patina<\/strong>, which gives the cast iron its special character. In the event that the material rusts, turns gray or<\/strong> becomes scratched<\/strong>, there is no <\/strong>explanation from the manufacturer. However, countermeasures<\/strong> can be found online. Overall, the pan is a quality product<\/strong> that meets the needs of the user.<\/p><\/div>
