The portable gas stove from GREEN CAMP is a great companion for traveling, camping or as an emergency stove in the event of a power cut. With this equipment, you can cook independently<\/strong> of electricity and without an additional gas cylinder, saving additional weight and space.
The gas stove is operated with a butane gas cartridge<\/strong>, which is not included in the set.

The gas stove in a shipping box<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div><\/div>

The gas stove<\/strong> from GREEN CAMP<\/strong> arrived in the typical shipping box<\/strong>. The box<\/strong> was undamaged and well sealed<\/strong> with adhesive tape. Excess storage space <\/strong>in the outer box was filled with paper<\/strong>. The product<\/strong> was fully<\/strong> protected<\/strong> in this case and was therefore inperfect condition<\/strong>.
The box contained the case<\/strong> with an attractive paper banderole <\/strong>and the gas stove<\/strong>, which was again packed in a plastic sleeve <\/strong>. This might not have been absolutely necessary <\/strong>, but it protects<\/strong> against dirt and scratches<\/strong>.
The packaging<\/strong> is partly recyclable<\/strong>. Unfortunately, the plastic bag<\/strong> is not recy<\/strong>clable, but the cardboard boxes and the filling material are.
Overall, the portable gas stove from GREEN CAMP makes a very good impression<\/strong>. The gas stove was not damaged and the package was in good condition.

Unfortunately, there is no exact description of the suitable gas cartridges in the operating instructions.

Setting up<\/strong> and preparing<\/strong> the portable gas stove is very quick<\/strong>. The gas cartridge<\/strong> must then be inserted. The description of the suitable gas cartridge always refers to a 227 g butane gas cartridge. It is not so easy for beginners to get the right cartridge.
Inserting the gas cartridge is explained in the operating instructions, which is<\/strong> quick<\/strong> and easy<\/strong>. Once the gas cartridge is inserted, you can start cooking.
The built-in piezo ignition<\/strong> is activated by turning the control knob anticlockwise. Ignition is reliable and quick.
The flame<\/strong> of the gas stove is ring-shaped<\/strong> and very even<\/strong>. The color of the flame is blue<\/strong>, no soot formation<\/strong> can be seen.
In our test, the gas hob only needed just under four minutes to bring a small pot with half a liter of cold water to the boil<\/strong>. With a maximum heat output<\/strong> of 2.2 kW, even large quantities can be heated quickly. The heat output can be reduced using the rotary control.
A windbreak<\/strong>would be nice<\/strong>, especially for outdoor use<\/strong>, to protect the flame.
There are no traces of soot<\/strong> on the underside of the pot after use<\/strong>. The metal of the gas stove is still hot, but cools down quickly.
The gas stove can now be cleaned as required and then packed back into the case<\/strong>. This is made of ABS plastic<\/strong> and is perfectly tailored to the gas stove<\/strong>. However, the material<\/strong> is very thin<\/strong>, which makes the case flexible <\/strong>.
This is a small but excellent<\/strong> camping gas stove that is ideal<\/strong> for cooking “one pot meals” outdoors<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div>
