The coloured comfort zones<\/strong> indicate when the room should be aired or the humidity increased. The housing<\/strong> and base<\/strong> are made of stainless steel<\/strong>, the dial <\/strong>is made of aluminium<\/strong> and the cover <\/strong>is made of robust real glass<\/strong>, which not only gives the device a long service life<\/strong>, but also an elegant design<\/strong>. The thermometer itself was wrapped in a bubble wrap <\/strong>. This would not have been absolutely necessary, but it protects against dirt and damage. In this case, the product<\/strong> was fully<\/strong> protected<\/strong> and the thermometer was therefore in perfect condition<\/strong>.

We really liked<\/strong> the MAVORI<\/strong> hygro-thermometer<\/strong> when we tested it. It is an analogue device<\/strong> for measuring humidity<\/strong> and temperature<\/strong>. As with all analogue humidity measuring devices, it may be necessary to readjust the display of this hygrometer from time to time. For this purpose, there is a calibration screw<\/strong> in the centre hole on the back<\/strong>.
If no reliable reference values are available for the adjustment, the calibration can be carried out using the so-called towel method and\/or the salt method. It is also possible to have a reference device sent to you by the company.
The hygro-thermometer<\/strong> has a diameter<\/strong> of 12.6 cm <\/strong>and a depth<\/strong> of 1.7 cm<\/strong>.
The device has a high-quality finish <\/strong>and a large, easy-to-read display<\/strong>.
The stand<\/strong> supplied can be easily<\/strong> slid into the guide<\/strong> provided. It can (visually) be placed<\/strong> anywhere or hung on the wall<\/strong>without hesitation. The hygro-thermometer makes a very high-quality impression<\/strong>, it is made entirely of metal and glass without plastic<\/strong>.
The hygro-thermometer<\/strong> is suitable<\/strong> for indoor<\/strong> use, e.g. in the bathroom for monitoring humidity or in the office if the air in the room is too dry.
All in all, a simple<\/strong> but effective<\/strong> and environmentally friendly hygro-thermometer<\/strong>, as it does not require batteries<\/strong>.<\/p>

We were able to confirm these points in our practical test, but in our case there were no major measurement inaccuracies.<\/p>
