It offers a classy, durable and elegant design using natural materials. The balance board is not only suitable for effective muscle building, stability and body tension training <\/strong>, but also for physiotherapy and rehabilitation exercises <\/strong>after accidents. In the test, we found that the training is ergonomic and effective. However, some customers criticized the surface texture and design of the board.<\/p>

The Body & Mind\u00ae Balance Board<\/strong> was well packaged<\/strong> and adapted to the product size. The product arrived without scratches or soiling<\/strong>, so product protection was guaranteed. Unfortunately, plastic film <\/strong>was used for the packaging <\/strong>, which should be viewed critically from a sustainability perspective. The contents of the packaging consisted of the balance board and an e-book. There was no instruction manual, but the intuitive operation of the board is simple.<\/p><\/div>

The board is very stable and gives a high-quality impression. Although there is no specific information on sustainability, the use of sustainably managed wood suggests a high level of durability<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
