The FREDDY Norwegian scarf<\/strong> from Nebulus<\/strong> was extensively tested by us and left a very good<\/strong> impression overall. The scarf is available in one size<\/strong> and is 175 cm<\/strong> long and 22 cm<\/strong> wide. It is made from a uniformly knitted, soft<\/strong> fabric and features an intricate, wintery pattern<\/strong>. The basic colour of our test piece was white<\/strong>, but three other colours<\/strong> are also available. In the test, the scarf fits well <\/strong>and does not slip. The workmanship<\/strong> is equally impressive. Unfortunately, the material doesn’t feel quite as soft on the neck as it does when you touch it with your fingers, but the scarf does keep you nice and warm<\/strong>. <\/p>

In our case, the FREDDY Norwegian scarf<\/strong> from Nebulus was delivered together with other products in a sturdy shipping box <\/strong>. The shipping box was undamaged<\/strong> and could be easily opened with a knife or scissors. The shipping box was also optimally sized<\/strong>, as it was filled to the top. This protects<\/strong> the environment<\/strong>: not only is the amount of material required for the shipping box minimised, but the small space required by the package also ensures better utilisation of the transport vehicles. Inside the box was the FREDDY scarf<\/strong> in its product packaging.
The product packaging<\/strong> consists of a transparent plastic bag<\/strong> in which the FREDDY scarf <\/strong>was packed. The film is tear-resistant <\/strong>and cannot be stretched. A Nebulus logo is printed on the front of the packaging. There is also a sticker<\/strong> with a barcode, the product name and the size of the scarf. There are warnings<\/strong> on the back that the bag poses a choking hazard. The information is available in four languages, including German and English.
The bag has an opening at the top, which is sealed with an adhesive strip<\/strong> on the film. The adhesive strip is reusable<\/strong>. If the scarf is to be returned, the bag can be resealed with the existing adhesive strip. There is another layer of thin paper between the individual layers of the folded scarf to prevent the fabric of the scarf from rubbing against each other during transport.
The FREDDY scarf is very well<\/strong> protected<\/strong> from damage and soiling by the cardboard box and plastic bag.<\/p><\/div>

As you would expect, the FREDDY<\/strong> Norwegian scarf<\/strong> does not require any additional accessories<\/strong> and is delivered without them. There is a cardboard disc<\/strong> the size of a beer mat on the label, which is printed on both sides in high gloss with the Nebulus logo, which can also be found on the product packaging.
There are no instructions for use<\/strong>, but they are not required<\/strong>. Washing<\/strong> instructions can be found on a label <\/strong>at the end of the scarf, where this is illustrated with the familiar symbols. There is also information on the material composition of the FREDDY scarf<\/strong>, the size and the product name.<\/p><\/div>

The FREDDY Norwegian scarf<\/strong> is knitted<\/strong> and has an intricate, wintery pattern<\/strong>. The pattern consists of snowflakes, stripes, geometric shapes and reindeer with Norwegian flags. There is also Nebulus lettering at the ends of the scarf.<\/p>

We receive the scarf in white<\/strong>, with white being the base colour. Black is mainly used for the pattern, but grey, blue and red are also used. In addition to white, Nebulus also offers three other colours <\/strong>.<\/p>

The scarf is knitted evenly from soft, medium-thickness threads. The fabric<\/strong> is stretchy and feels pleasantly soft<\/strong>. According to the label, the material is polyacrylic<\/strong>. The patterns are not embroidered, but are created by a different colour of wool thread. The fabric is folded and sewn together on the long side, making the scarf consist of two layers of <\/strong>fabric. The scarf is sold in one size<\/strong> and is 175 cm long<\/strong> and 22 cm wide.<\/strong><\/p>

The seams<\/strong> are stable and even. There are no protruding threads. There are also no<\/strong> other manufacturing faults<\/strong> on the scarf.<\/p>

Overall,<\/strong> the FREDDY Norwegian scarf<\/strong> with its wintery pattern is a fashionable item of clothing. The quality <\/strong>of the fabrics used and the seams as well as the overall finish are also impressive.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Does the manufacturer keep its advertising promises?<\/p><\/div>

\u2139\ufe0f Our practical test is the most relevant and therefore the most important. Here, the product has to undergo a wide range of criteria and tests. We check the functions and product promises of the test article. <\/p>

The FREDDY Norwegian scarf <\/strong>is a good size<\/strong>, allowing it to be wrapped <\/strong> comfortably <\/strong>around the neck and providing effective thermal insulation<\/strong>. This aspect fulfils the basic requirements of a scarf and allows the wearer to feel comfortable even in cold weather conditions. The use of the two-layer fabric<\/strong> keeps the scarf even warmer.
The fabric <\/strong>of the scarf feels pleasantly soft<\/strong> to the touch. However, the material could be<\/strong> a little more comfortable<\/strong> against the skin on the neck<\/strong>. Nevertheless, it is worth mentioning that the scarf is comfortable<\/strong> to wear despite this slight restriction. After a short time, you no longer notice the scarf and your neck remains warm.
A particularly positive aspect is the fact that the scarf hardly slips<\/strong> when worn. This is a decisive factor<\/strong> in ensuring the full functionality of the scarf. The scarf stays reliably in place without the wearer having to constantly adjust or reposition it. This feature is particularly important in the cold winter months, as it allows the scarf to optimise<\/strong> its protective effect<\/strong>.
In the last part of our practical test, we wash<\/strong> the scarf according to the manufacturer’s instructions. For the FREDDY scarf, this means an easy-care wash cycle at 30 \u00b0C<\/strong> without drying and ironing at 110 \u00b0C, which corresponds to the usual specifications for comparable items of clothing. Unfortunately, washing at 60 \u00b0C, as would be recommended after sporting activities or heavy soiling, for example, is not possible. After washing, the laundry smells of the detergent used, but otherwise there is no recognisable difference. The scarf survives<\/strong> the washing process<\/strong> without damage or fading.
To summarise<\/strong>, it can be said that this scarf achieved very good <\/strong>results in the practical test. It is a comfortable size and effectively keeps the wearer warm. Although the material on the skin around the neck could be improved somewhat, the scarf is still comfortable to wear. The fact that the scarf hardly slips when worn is particularly commendable. Overall, the FREDDY<\/strong> Norwegian scarf<\/strong> offers a solid performance and can be recommended<\/strong> as a very good choice for everyday use<\/strong> in cold weather conditions.<\/p><\/div>
