In our test, the THERMY thermal underwear set<\/strong> from Nebulus<\/strong> was completely convincing and therefore made a very good<\/strong> impression. The set is available for men<\/strong> and women<\/strong> in different sizes and colours and consists of a long-sleeved top <\/strong>with a turtleneck<\/strong> and long pants<\/strong>. For our test, we received the women’s version in navy blue and size S and the men’s version in black and size M. Unfortunately, the set is too small<\/strong> for our tester, but it fits <\/strong>our tester well<\/strong>. The material quality <\/strong>and workmanship<\/strong> are impressive. The practical test shows that the two garments fit very comfortably<\/strong> and keep you warm<\/strong> thanks to the thin fleece layer on the inside. One disadvantage, however, is that the underwear cannot be washed at 60\u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/p>

In our case, the THERMY thermal underwear set<\/strong> from Nebulus <\/strong>was delivered together with other products in a sturdy <\/strong>shipping box. The shipping box <\/strong>was undamaged<\/strong> and could be easily opened with a knife or scissors. The shipping box was also optimally <\/strong>sized as it was filled to the top. This protects the environment <\/strong>: not only is the amount of material required for the shipping box minimised, but the small space required by the package also ensures better utilisation of<\/strong> the transport vehicles. Inside the box was the THERMY thermal underwear set <\/strong>in its product packaging.
The product packaging<\/strong> consists of a transparent plastic bag<\/strong> in which the THERMY thermal underwear set <\/strong>was packed. The film is tear-resistant<\/strong> and non-stretchable. A Nebulus logo is printed on the front of the packaging. There is also a sticker<\/strong> with a barcode, the product name and the size of the thermal underwear set. There are warnings<\/strong> on the back that the bag poses a choking hazard. The information is available in four languages, including German and English. The top of the bag has an opening<\/strong> that is sealed with an adhesive strip<\/strong> on the film. The adhesive strip is reusable<\/strong>. If the thermal underwear set is to be returned, the bag can be resealed with the existing adhesive strip. There is a layer of thin paper<\/strong> between the individual layers of the folded thermal underwear set to prevent<\/strong> the fabric of the underwear from<\/strong> rubbing<\/strong> against each other during transport.
The THERMY thermal underwear set<\/strong> is very well<\/strong> protected<\/strong> from damage and soiling by the cardboard box, the plastic bag and the paper.<\/p><\/div>

The thermal underwear set <\/strong>consists of a long-sleeved top <\/strong>and long pants.<\/strong> There is a cardboard disc<\/strong> the size of a beer mat on the label <\/strong>of the top, which is printed on both sides in high gloss with the Nebulus logo, which is also on the product packaging.
There are no instructions for use<\/strong>, but they are not required<\/strong>. Washing <\/strong>instructions can be found on the labels on the inside of both components, where they are illustrated with the familiar symbols. There is also information <\/strong>on the material composition<\/strong> of the respective parts, as well as the size <\/strong>and product name<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div>

For our test, we received the THERMY thermal underwear set<\/strong> for men<\/strong> in black and for women<\/strong> in the blue colour navy. A direct comparison of the two colours shows that there is little difference in low light conditions. The blue colour is very dark<\/strong>, so that it can only be distinguished from black in low light by direct comparison. In addition to navy blue and black, the set is also available in<\/strong> cobalt blue and grey. Both versions have seams<\/strong> in a contrasting colour<\/strong> and Nebulus lettering<\/strong> on the chest. The trousers also feature an embroidered Nebulus N on the side just below the waistband.
Neither the top nor the trousers have zips or pockets. The collar of the top is designed as a turtleneck<\/strong> and is therefore long and narrow. The trousers do not have a zip but an elasticated waistband<\/strong>.
The fabric <\/strong>of the set is the same for both the top and the trousers. It is very thin, very stretchy<\/strong> and yet tear-resistant<\/strong>. The fabric is fine <\/strong>and even. The inside of the garments is finished with a thin fleece surface<\/strong>. This makes the fabric very soft on the inside. According to the manufacturer, the set is made entirely of polyester<\/strong>. The seams <\/strong>are all even and neatly finished. There are hardly any protruding threads and, if there are any, they are only very short. Apart from this, the thermal underwear set has no<\/strong> other manufacturing faults<\/strong>. The good quality suggests a long service life<\/strong>.
Overall,<\/strong> the quality of the fabrics used and the seams as well as the workmanship are impressive<\/strong>. The dark colours also make the THERMY thermal underwear set<\/strong> very discreet.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Does the manufacturer keep its advertising promises?<\/p><\/div>

\u2139\ufe0f Our practical test is the most relevant and therefore the most important. Here, the product has to undergo a wide range of criteria and tests. We check the functions and product promises of the test article. <\/p>

The THERMY thermal underwear set<\/strong> is available in various sizes <\/strong>from S to XXL. We received the set for men<\/strong> in M<\/strong> and for women<\/strong> in S<\/strong>. The set fits<\/strong> our tester, who is 170 cm tall, very well<\/strong>. Unfortunately, size S is too small for<\/strong> our tester, who is just over 160 cm tall, which is noticeable in the top with short sleeves and a slight squeeze under the armpits.
The men’s version<\/strong> of the set fits well <\/strong>and is close-fitting without <\/strong>being uncomfortably tight<\/strong> and offers a high level of comfort even after prolonged wear <\/strong>. The soft and cosy fleece layer<\/strong> on the inside also contributes to this. However, as with the women’s version, the disadvantage is that the bottom of the trousers<\/strong> sits quite low <\/strong>. This limits<\/strong> the freedom of movement <\/strong>of the legs, but at a high level. In our opinion, this is only relevant for sports that require a high degree of freedom of movement, such as climbing. This is not noticeable<\/strong> in everyday life<\/strong>. Apart from that, the freedom of movement is very good. The elasticated waistband <\/strong>ensures a good fit so that the trousers do not slip.
Both the top and the pants keep you very warm<\/strong> despite the thin fabric. The fleece layer<\/strong> on the inside also contributes to this. As additional protection against the cold, the top has a high turtleneck<\/strong> that wraps around the neck like a scarf. The sleeves<\/strong> of the men’s version are also long enough to cover the skin up to the base of the gloves. The same applies to the leg length<\/strong>, which extends to the ankles.
In the final part of our practical test, we wash<\/strong> the set according to the manufacturer’s instructions. For the THERMY thermal underwear set<\/strong>, this means an easy-care wash cycle at 30 \u00b0C<\/strong>, without drying, but with ironing at 110 \u00b0C. As this is underwear<\/strong> that may also be used for sporting activities, we would have liked it to be washable at 60 \u00b0C<\/strong>. A high temperature is important<\/strong> to reliably kill bacteria and thus ensure adequate hygiene. The set survives<\/strong> the washing procedure<\/strong> without damage or fading.
Overall<\/strong>, the THERMY thermal underwear set <\/strong> impressed<\/strong> us in our practical test. It is a reliable choice for anyone looking for optimum protection and warmth <\/strong>in cold temperatures without compromising on comfort <\/strong>. The only small compromises<\/strong> have to be made in terms of freedom of movement and washability.<\/p><\/div>

On the Amazon<\/strong> platform, consumers have given the product an average rating of 4.8 stars<\/strong> for the men’s version. According to the good rating, many customers are very satisfied<\/strong>. They particularly praise the quality, the fit and the fact that the underwear keeps them nice and warm. We can confirm all of this in our test. The only point of criticism is that the set is too small. Our tester also found the set too small in size S, although she usually wears a size S. However, it fitted our tester perfectly.<\/p>

Prices of up to \u20ac69.99<\/strong> are charged on the Internet for equivalent products. Very inexpensive products are available for as little as \u20ac13.90<\/strong>. The THERMY thermal underwear set from Nebulus<\/strong> currently has a price of \u20ac49.99<\/strong> in the Nebulus shop, putting it in the mid-price segment<\/strong>. The price is reasonable<\/strong> for the quality and scope of services you get. <\/p>
