The dog transport box<\/strong> from the all Pets United\u00ae<\/strong> brand made a very good<\/strong> impression overall in our test. The crate is delivered in a folded state and can be opened quickly<\/strong>. It also has large ventilation openings<\/strong> that also serve as viewing windows, a faux fur<\/strong> base, carrying handles<\/strong> and two additional pockets<\/strong>. For our test, we received the transport box in size S<\/strong>, which is suitable for small dogs<\/strong> and cats<\/strong>. In the practical test, the design and handling<\/strong> as well as the large openings, which ensure good air circulation <\/strong>, were particularly impressive. The disadvantage is that there are no good options for attaching <\/strong>a vehicle safety belt and the metal frame <\/strong>inside is uncovered. Overall<\/strong>, however, the stable<\/strong> and practical<\/strong> construction of all Pets United\u00ae<\/strong> is convincing<\/strong>.<\/p>

The dog transport box<\/strong> from all Pets United\u00ae<\/strong> is supplied in a simple cardboard box<\/strong> as product packaging<\/strong>, which is sealed with transparent adhesive tape<\/strong>. The product box is printed with the product name, the manufacturer and the corresponding address as well as the country of manufacture in large letters. Otherwise, the packaging is devoid<\/strong> of any design elements. The optimal size<\/strong> for the folded transport box and the absence of plastic parts promote sustainability<\/strong>.<\/p>

The product packaging contains the transport box in its folded<\/strong> state. An additional bag <\/strong>is hooked onto it. An instruction manual<\/strong> is also included, which contains safety instructions and explains the assembly with the help of pictures. Unfortunately, the instructions are only available in English. However, with a little skill, it can be assembled without the help of the instructions.<\/p><\/div>

For our test, we received the black transport box in size S<\/strong>. The box is also currently available in three other sizes<\/strong> from XL to XXXL. According to the manufacturer, the S size is suitable for small dogs<\/strong> and cats <\/strong>. Inside the cuboid box, we measured<\/strong> a height of 32 cm, a width of 34 cm and a length of 50 cm. Although there is no room for small pets to run around in it, it is sufficient for standing or a comfortable sitting or lying position<\/strong>.<\/p>

The transport box has large ventilation openings<\/strong> on all four sides made from a coarse mesh, which also serve as viewing windows<\/strong>. There is also a ventilation opening on the top. Access <\/strong>to the inside is possible on a total of three sides<\/strong>: one short side, one long side and the top have zippers<\/strong> with which the box can be opened. A special comfort feature is the carpet pad<\/strong> made of beige faux fur<\/strong>, which lines the entire base.<\/p>

The top of the transport box has two carrying straps<\/strong> and a small, sewn-on pocket <\/strong>with a zipper. There is also another, slightly larger bag<\/strong> attached with plastic hooks. When folded, the transport box is held compactly together with two buckles<\/strong>.<\/p>

The construction is supported by a rigid metal frame<\/strong> made of relatively thick tubes and is very stable<\/strong>. The fabrics and seams used are tear-resistant<\/strong>. Overall, the sturdy construction and the robust, well-made fabrics give reason to hope for a long service life.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

As the dog transport box<\/strong> from all Pets United\u00ae<\/strong> is supplied in a folded state, it must first be unfolded<\/strong> and locked in place. This is quick<\/strong> and easy<\/strong>. Folding it up is just as easy. When folded up, the box can be stored compactly<\/strong> and carried easily<\/strong> using the handle. The two pockets<\/strong> are also practical and can be used to store treats or collars, for example.<\/p>

The transport box also offers a high level of comfort<\/strong> for the animals: the pet can easily get inside through the large openings <\/strong>. Small animals in particular can also be lifted in through the slightly smaller opening at the top. Inside, the many large ventilation openings provide a view<\/strong> in all directions and also ensure good air quality<\/strong>. The soft<\/strong> faux fur base<\/strong> also provides a comfortable and warming place to sit or lie down. Unfortunately, the metal frame<\/strong> inside remains uncovered<\/strong>. In the event of emergency braking in a car or even an accident, the occupants of the transport box could, in the worst case, be thrown against it and injure themselves.<\/p>

The zippers<\/strong> of the transport box remain closed <\/strong>even with strong vibrations and can hardly be opened from the inside, even by intelligent animals, as the openers on the inside have no protrusions for gripping. For animals that are not house-trained, it would be helpful if the lower side of the transport box were a leak-proof tray<\/strong>. Unfortunately, our practical test shows that although the fabric is waterproof<\/strong>, the seams<\/strong> are not <\/strong>. Liquid therefore slowly drips <\/strong>through if it cannot be completely absorbed by the artificial fur. Fortunately, this can absorb quite a bit of liquid. Unfortunately, there are no good fastening options for a vehicle seat belt.<\/p>

Cleaning <\/strong>and care are positive: minor soiling can be easily<\/strong> wiped<\/strong> off the dirt-repellent fabric and the metal frame, apart from the faux fur carpet pad. For heavier soiling, the metal frame<\/strong> can be removed and the rest of the fabric washed<\/strong> in the washing machine. Unfortunately, there is no indication of the temperatures at which this can be done.<\/p><\/div>
