The ear cleaning set from Neumann arrived in an envelope. The envelope was undamaged and easy to open. The ear cleaning set itself is packed in a storage box, which is also wrapped in plastic foil. The product was fully protected in this case and the set was therefore in perfect condition. Overall, the ear cleaners are excellently protected from damage by the extensive packaging. Unfortunately, the plastic film creates additional waste, which is why we believe that the film around the storage box could have been dispensed with. Overall, the set makes a good impression.

Quick and clean cleaning of the ears: The earwax sticks to the ear cleaner so that the ear canal can be cleaned quickly, easily and thoroughly. The tools are easy to use and pleasantly warm.
The cleaning spoon is raised at the front so that the dirt can be removed from the ear wall in a targeted manner. The spoons are available in two different sizes. In our test, dirt was easily removed from the entire ear with the cleaning spiral. The remaining cleaning spiral is suitable for removing residue.
The ear cleaning devices should be cleaned and possibly disinfected before and after use to ensure that no dirt gets into the inside of the ear. Cleaning is quick and easy.
It is also important to clean the ear gently and carefully.
