The Milu drinking bottle made a very good impression in our test. The product has an attractive, flawless design and is made of stainless steel and BPA-free plastic. Customers can choose between three lids depending on their requirements. Thanks to the insulation , both cold and hot drinks can be drunk at the desired temperature over a longer period of time. The outside always feels pleasantly warm in the hand. The drinking bottle has a capacity of 350, 500, 750 or 1000 ml and is leak-proof . Cleaning is done by hand and is easy thanks to the cleaning brush supplied and the enclosed care instructions.

The Milu drinking bottle came in a typical shipping box for our test. This was undamaged on arrival and could be easily opened by removing the adhesive strip. Inside the product box, the product was wrapped in plastic film. This type of packaging provided the drinking bottle with optimum protection from external influences and ensured hygienic despatch. Product protection was therefore fully guaranteed and the product was delivered in perfect condition .
The packaging is partially recyclable. However, the plastic film cannot be recycled . Nevertheless, the presentation of the product makes a very good impression.

ℹ️ Most people’s first impression after unpacking is immediately memorable. Are the contents of the pack complete and does the manufacturer make it as easy as possible for me to use the product straight away?

The flask comes with three different lids – a sports lid, a straw lid and a stainless steel lid – a cleaning brush and two straws. Information on the use, safety and care of the product can be found on the product packaging and in instructions for use in 6 languages.
Contact information can be found directly on the product and on the product box. An email address and Instagram page are provided, but there is no customer hotline. Nevertheless, this is a very good way to send a product.

ℹ️ Before we start the practical test, we take a close look at the product processing. How high quality are the materials used? Is the look and feel satisfactory?

First of all, the drinking bottle makes a very good visual impression. We did not notice any manufacturing faults . In addition, all transitions are clean and there are no scratches or edges to be seen. The insulated part is made of stainless steel. The lid and cleaning brush are made of BPA-free plastic. The product impresses with its simple, timeless design.
There is no information about the sustainability of the product. However, due to the high-quality materials used, we assume a long service life .

We really enjoyed drinking from the Milu drinking bottle during the test. This was mainly due to the fact that the drinking bottle kept both cold and warm liquids at the desired temperature over a longer period of time. The outside was neither hot nor cold and was comfortable to hold. Depending on requirements, the customer can choose between three lids : a sports lid, a straw lid or a stainless steel lid. All fit perfectly on the neck of the bottle and guarantee leakproofness. The stated capacity of 350, 500, 750 or 1000 ml was confirmed in our test. As the drinking bottle is not dishwasher-safe, it had to be cleaned by hand. This is child’s play thanks to the cleaning brush supplied and the enclosed care instructions.
Customers can currently choose from the colours apple green, sky blue, navy blue, olive green, rose gold, red, black, berry blue, green blue, marble and mint pink.

ℹ️ Finally, we look at how the product compares to the competition. Can it keep up with the competition in terms of price and quality? Would we generally recommend buying it? We also analyse consumer reviews and check whether the critical and positive reviews are actually justified.

On the Amazon platform, consumers have given the product an average rating of 4.6 stars. One criticism is that the straw attachment is not leak-proof and the bottle scratches after a short time. Other reviewers, however, have no negative comments about the straw or the design. They praise the design, the leakproofness, the ease of cleaning and the quality. We can fully agree with this.

Prices of up to €80 are charged on the internet for equivalent products. Very inexpensive products, on the other hand, are available for as little as €10.
