The personalized canvases from Deutsam were packed very compactly. The prints were wrapped in plastic film and packed again in a precisely fitting box for shipping. This meant that no superfluous storage space had to be filled. The package was additionally stabilized with plastic cords.
All in all, all the canvases ordered arrived in perfect condition. Product protection was fully guaranteed.
Although the use of alternative packaging materials to plastic is desirable, it is also associated with higher costs for the customer.

After unpacking the personalized canvases from Deutsam, the three ordered items were lying on the floor.
Apart from the delivery address on the box, there were no other contact details or instructions for installation. The provision of contact details (address, e-mail and telephone) would be desirable, but after our own research, this can easily be found on the Deutsam website under the imprint. In addition to the contact details, a withdrawal form can also be found there.
An instruction manual is not necessary in this case, as both the operation and installation of the product are more or less self-explanatory.
