The COMEBACK sweat jacket from Nebulus made a very good overall impression in our test. The sweat jacket has a zipper on the front, closable belly pockets and a high collar. It is available in five different colors and six different sizes. For our test, we received the jacket in gray and size S. The jacket fits our tester like a glove. The material quality and workmanship were just as impressive as the jacket in the practical test. This shows that the jacket fits comfortably for a long time and can be flexibly adjusted to a wide temperature range thanks to the zipper on the front.

We have looked at and tested the product in detail in a practical test. In the following, we take a closer look at the features and impressions. The product is subjected to our test procedure from the packaging, materials and quality to the range of functions and handling.

In our case, the COMEBACK sweat jacket from Nebulus was delivered together with other products in a sturdy shipping box . The shipping box was undamaged and could be easily opened with a knife or scissors. The shipping box was also optimally sized, as it was filled to the top. This protects the environment: not only is the amount of material required for the shipping box minimized, but the small space required by the package also ensures better utilization of the transport vehicles. Inside the box was the COMEBACK sweat jacket in its product packaging.
The product packaging consists of a transparent plastic bag in which the COMEBACK sweat jacket was packed. The film is tear-resistant and non-stretchable. A Nebulus logo is printed on the front of the packaging. There is also a sticker with a barcode and the product name and size of the sweat jacket. There are warnings on the back that the bag poses a choking hazard. The information is available in four languages, including German and English.
The top of the bag has an opening which is sealed with an adhesive strip on the film. The adhesive strip is reusable. If the jacket is to be returned, the bag can be resealed with the existing adhesive strip. There is another layer of thin paper between the individual layers of the folded jacket to prevent the jacket fabric from rubbing against each other during transportation.
The COMEBACK sweat jacket is very well protected from damage and soiling by the shipping box and the plastic bag.

As you would expect, the COMEBACK sweat jacket does not require any additional accessories and is delivered without them. There is a cardboard disc the size of a beer mat on the label, which is printed on both sides in high gloss with the Nebulus logo, which can also be found on the product packaging.
There are no instructions for use, but they are not required. Washing instructions can be found on a label on the inside of the jacket, where this is shown with the familiar symbols. There is also information on the material composition, size and product name.

For our test, we received the COMEBACK jacket in gray. In addition to grey, Nebulus also offers the jacket in black, red and the two shades of blue navy and cobalt. The grey color gives the jacket a timeless look. It is designed for men and is made from a soft and comfortable sweatshirt fabric that offers optimum comfort. The front can be opened along its entire length with a zipper .
The jacket also has a pocket in the chest area, as is usual for sweat jackets. Unlike many competitor products, however, the pocket can be closed with a zipper. What is striking here is that the inner pocket does not simply consist of a second layer of fabric sewn onto the inside of the jacket. Instead, the belly pockets have their own front and back, which are only connected to the rest of the jacket via the zipper and a short, narrow strip. The jacket does not have a hood, but does have a high collar.
As a color contrast to the gray base color, the jacket has a variety of patches that quote the manufacturer’s name Nebulus and the Norwegian flag in different shapes. The patches are attached with light green stitching, which can also be found on the zippers. These light green accents add a touch of color and contrast to the basic gray color and create an interesting visual effect.
The patches can be found on the chest, one upper arm, both forearms, on the collar and on the back. The inside of the collar, which is designed in the style of the Norwegian flag, is particularly striking. This additional contrast to the gray of the jacket and the green stitching gives the collar a special touch and adds another subtle yet striking accent to the overall look.
There is an approximately six centimeter long, stretchy section at the bottom and at the ends of the sleeves, which allows the jacket to fit snugly in the corresponding areas. There is a small eyelet on the collar so that the jacket can be easily hung up. Black pendants are attached to the zippers to make them easier to grip and open.
The fabric of the jacket is relatively thick, slightly stretchy and tear-resistant. According to the label, the jacket is made from 60% cotton and 40% polyester. This contradicts the online store, where the jacket is advertised as 100% cotton. This is of course unacceptable, as the material can be decisive for sales.
While the outside is made of fine fabric, the inside is more reminiscent of the soft surface of a fleece jacket. The seams are all even and clean. There are hardly any protruding threads and, if there are any, they are very short. The 12 mm by 24 mm Norway flag on the outside of the collar has a few loose seams in the top left corner and therefore looks slightly frayed on closer inspection. Apart from this, there are no other manufacturing faults on the jacket. The jacket has the typical, pleasant smell of brand-new clothing.
Overall, the grey sweat jacket with light green seams, Nebulus patches and the Norwegian flag is a fashionable garment with a polarizing yet appealing design. The quality of the fabrics used and the seams, as well as the overall finish, are also impressive .

The COMEBACK sweat jacket is sold in various sizes between S and 3XL. In our test , we received the jacket in S. The jacket in S fits our slim tester, who is 170 cm tall, like a glove. When the jacket is closed, it fits snugly on the body without being too tight or looking squeezed from the outside. The length is also suitable and the jacket ends at the right height. The patches on the elbows are noticeable but not unpleasant. You get used to them after just a few seconds and no longer feel them. The jacket sits very comfortably even after long periods of wear. Unfortunately, the jacket is relatively heavy due to the thick fabric, but this is only relevant for sporting activities.
As you would expect from the thick fabric, the jacket keeps you nice and warm. The stretchy areas on the underside and sleeves ensure that the jacket openings are flush with the body. This prevents the cold from penetrating the inside of the jacket. The high collar in particular has a special function: if the zipper is closed all the way to the top, the collar fits snugly around the neck and reaches up to the head. This also effectively protects the neck from the cold. This is usually not the case with hooded jackets, where the fabric does not lie close to the neck even when the hood is in place and the neck remains unprotected.
In the cold, the advantage of independent belly pockets also becomes apparent: The pocket is completely inside the jacket. This means that hands can be kept warm inside. The zipper on the belly pocket prevents items from falling out of the pocket during sporting activities.
The jacket has a completely different characteristic when it is opened . The jacket then sits loosely and air can easily penetrate inside. Only the arms remain well insulated. The collar at the neck is also no longer tight and no longer keeps you as warm. This means that the jacket can be adjusted to a wide temperature range. As the zipper can also be opened in any intermediate steps, the jacket offers the greatest possible flexibility.
In the last part of our practical test, we wash the jacket according to the manufacturer’s instructions. For the COMEBACK jacket, this means an easy-care wash cycle at 30 °C without drying and ironing at 110 °C, which corresponds to the usual specifications for comparable garments. After washing, the laundry smells of the detergent used, but otherwise there is no discernible difference. The jacket survives the washing process without any damage or fading.
All in all, the COMEBACK sweat jacket performed well in our practical test. It fits well, covers a wide temperature range and can be flexibly adjusted to it, and also withstands washing without any problems.

On the Amazon platform, consumers have given the product an average rating of 4.4 stars. There are often complaints that the jacket is not made of 100% cotton as described and that the wrong product is delivered. Many customers like the design and the good quality of the jacket. In our practical test, we were able to confirm that the quality was good and that the label did not state 100% cotton. In our case, however, the correct jacket was delivered.
Prices of up to €95 are charged on the Internet for equivalent products. Very inexpensive products are available for as little as €19.40. The COMEBACK sweat jacket from Nebulus is currently priced at €54.99 on Amazon, which puts it in the mid-price segment. The price is reasonable for the quality and scope of services you get.
