KLARBERG Upholstery Cleaner Concentrate is an effective and gentle stain remover that achieves very good results in many areas of application. Whether on sofas, upholstered furniture, car seats or clothing, the concentrate effortlessly removes even stubborn stains such as red wine, coffee or grease.
It not only provides effective cleaning, but also long-lasting protection against future stains. The use of the product was positive overall, although additional instructions for use or a measuring cup for the exact mixing ratio would have been desirable.
The upholstery cleaner is available in a 1 liter bottle as well as a 500 ml bottle.

The product was delivered in a typical shipping carton, which was undamaged on arrival and could be opened without any problems. The carton contained a 1 liter plastic bottle and a 500 ml plastic bottle. The carton as product protection proved to be stable and adequately protected the product during transportation. However, no original packaging was available at the time of testing, so no statement can be made in this regard. Instructions for use, information and ingredients are noted on the bottle label, but no additional instructions for use are enclosed.

The KLARBERG upholstery cleaner concentrate is visually in very good condition. No damage, corners or edges were found during processing. The two plastic bottles containing 1 liter and 500 ml are stable and practical. With regard to the sustainability of the product, it should be mentioned that it is a highly concentrated concentrate that contains less than 15% phosphates.

Our practical test has shown that the cleaning effect of KLARBERG Upholstery Cleaner is very good and that it is easy to use. The cleaner can also be used undiluted for heavy soiling. However, it is advisable to test the material compatibility on a non-visible area beforehand. It can be used with a spray bottle, which must be purchased separately, or with a bucket of warm water and absorbent cloths, pads or sponges.
In our own practical test, we were able to confirm the positive aspects of the KLARBERG upholstery cleaner. It proved to be very effective for cleaning various textile surfaces in the home and car. The cleaning power of the product was satisfactory overall and largely fulfilled the properties promised by the manufacturer.
The product is a good option for those who want to thoroughly clean their textiles.

The KLARBERG upholstery cleaner has received an average rating of 4.3 stars on the Amazon platform. Customers particularly praise the cleaning agent’s economical and easy-to-measure formula. It was positively emphasized that the product removes dirt and stains effortlessly and leaves a pleasant scent. The gentle yet thorough cleaning is also mentioned positively, as stains on upholstery, couches and chairs were effectively removed.
However, some customers mention that they needed a considerable amount of the detergent to clean larger areas and therefore had to purchase additional quantities. In addition, when using a low mixing ratio on long-pile carpets, an unpleasant greasy film was criticized, which made subsequent cleaning necessary.
In our own practical test, we were able to confirm the positive aspects of the upholstery cleaning agent.
Prices of up to €35.80/l are charged on the Internet for equivalent products. Very inexpensive products are available from as little as €11.90/l. The KLARBERG upholstery cleaner is therefore currently in the middle price segment with a price of 17.99 €/l. For the quality and performance received, the price-performance ratio is reasonable.
