All components were in perfect condition. The use of plastic film to protect the product components makes sense. However, it would be desirable to find a more environmentally friendly alternative to plastic in order to avoid unnecessary packaging waste. The enclosed care instructions, which contained all the important information in German, also deserve a particularly positive mention.
