The dehumidifier cushions from King Kong State arrived for our test in a typical shipping box. The dehumidifier cushions are delivered in secure packaging that protects them well. The box was undamaged on arrival and could be opened easily by removing the adhesive strip. The product box contained the dehumidifier cushions with Magic Silica filling. These items were shrink-wrapped in a film. Thanks to this packaging method, the product was optimally protected from external influences. As a result, the product was fully protected and the dehumidifier cushions were delivered in perfect condition.
The packaging is partially recyclable. However, the plastic film is not recyclable. Nevertheless, the presentation of the product leaves an extremely positive impression.

It is important to emphasize that the dehumidifiercushions make an extremely positive visual impression at first glance. Only minor processing errors (unclean edges) are noticeable, otherwise the product appears flawless and robust. Furthermore, the dehumidifier cushions are characterized by their timeless and simple design, which integrates seamlessly into any living environment.
There is no information on the product page or on the packaging regarding the sustainability of the product. However, due to the materials used, we assume that they will last a long time. We enjoyed using the King Kong State dehumidifier cushions during the test. The application is child’s play and can be carried out by anyone. The cushions with the magic silica filling only need to be placed on the windshield in the car. The cushions do not slip due to the anti-slip pad. They are ideal for reducing the humidity in occupied rooms and thus preventing mold growth and odors. The dehumidifier cushions are stable on all surfaces. However, care should be taken to ensure that small children in the household do not have access to the product.
The dehumidifier cushions have a long service life thanks to the uncomplicated drying process in the microwave or oven. After a good week, we noticed that the cushions became heavier due to the liquid absorption. Drying in the microwave went without a hitch, while drying in the oven proved to be laborious. The effectiveness is very good, the visible condensation on the window, especially in the morning hours, has decreased significantly. How the humidity develops over a longer period of time would have to be checked in a long-term test.
