The weighted blanket from LECURE was delivered in an Amazon box for our practical test. Although the box was slightly damaged , it was sturdy and could be opened without additional tools. The blanket was inside the box, which was lined with paper to better protect it. The weighted blanket was in the storage bag. This contained a note from the manufacturer with the dimensions of the blanket and the product features . The manufacturer’s e-mail address is also given. Instructions for use were not included.

Despite the well-made seams, glass beads emerge from the blanket. These are difficult to detect due to their small size. The storage bag is well made and consists of environmentally friendly, water-repellent and tear-resistant non-woven material . The corner loops are also well made and provide better support during sleep. The test with the weighted blank et gave us great pleasure as the product is self-explanatory to use and easy to handle. The weighted blank et distributes the weight evenly thanks to the small stitched chambers. This creates a pleasant relaxation effect. Despite its weight of 6 kg, the blanket is thin and comfortable. We noticed that it helped us fall asleep faster and sleep through the night more easily. Made from high-quality 100% breathable cotton and 7-layer technology, the weighted blanket is neatly finished, although we noticed that glass beads occasionally escaped. The well-made corner loops provided better support during sleep. Thanks to the temperature compensation , the blanket can be used all year round and can be easily cleaned in the washing machine at 30 degrees if necessary. In summary, it can be said that the tested weighted blanket from LECURE was convincing in all criteria.
