The bed and back support cushion offered sufficient protection. The stability of the cardboard box ensured that the product arrived undamaged.
We were particularly pleased that there was no unnecessary packaging waste and the space-saving vacuum shipping. The use of plastic film was unfortunately unavoidable for vacuum packing the product.
When we opened the packaging, we found that the product was as described.
As the use of the cushion is quite self-explanatory, the instructions for use proved to be superfluous. The necessary care instructions can be found on the label on the inside of the cover.
All in all, the first impression of the condition of the packaging and the contents of the bed and back support cushion from maxVitalis left an extremely good impression.
