The product was adequately protected and very compactly packaged, with the cardboard box ensuring safe delivery. In addition, unnecessary packaging waste was avoided, which speaks for the environmentally conscious actions of the manufacturer. The plastic bag around the screws proved to be practical for keeping the small parts together during transportation, even if a more sustainable option such as a paper bag would have been possible.
Upon opening the packaging, we found that the contents were complete and all parts were present as per the product description. In addition to the specified components, the delivery even included two more screws that could be useful as spare parts.
The enclosed operating instructions are written in German and include clear pictures. This made it easy to set up and use the slatted frame.
