As part of our practical test of the Sportstech HGX300 weight station , we thoroughly checked the manufacturer’s advertising promises. In fact, the set-up time was between 4 and 5 hours, with all parts being fully assembled, which corresponds to the stated time frame. During the test, we noticed the noise level , which remained below 40 dB during all exercises – this corresponds to very quiet operation, comparable to a quiet room.
Another positive aspect is the comfort of the seat cushions, which showed no pressure marks or deformation even after prolonged use. This speaks in favour of the quality and ergonomics of the design. The pulleys worked perfectly in all tests, were smooth-running and quiet, which contributed to a smooth movement sequence . In addition, the weights could be adjusted intuitively in less than 10 seconds without any malfunctions occurring.
All in all, the HGX300 power station delivers what the manufacturer promises and offers outstanding performance in terms of design, ease of use and functionality. This makes it a highly recommended choice for fitness enthusiasts.
