The FED-Sportsroyals Dip Bars SG-R02 are versatile dip bars designed for home workouts, specifically targeting the chest, shoulders, back, arms, and core muscles. Thanks to their adjustable design, the bars can be set to four different height and width levels, making them suitable for a range of body sizes and fitness levels.
In practical testing, the combination of a reinforced steel frame and an H-shaped base ensured excellent stability and sturdiness. A positive aspect was that the dip bar remained stable on various floor surfaces and wobbled only minimally during exercises. This did not impair exercise performance in practical testing. The screw connections were already tight from the factory and did not need to be retightened.
The padded handles provided a comfortable grip during training. The equipment can be used for various exercises, such as dips, push-ups, or inverted pull-ups.
More detailed information on the product’s sustainability would have been desirable. We also noticed slight irregularities in the weld seams as well as minor scratches on the paint finish. These were purely cosmetic and did not affect the device’s performance in the practical test.

When we first opened the package, the FED-Sportsroyals Dip Bar SG-R02 made a good impression. During our testing, the packaging proved to be sturdy and provided adequate protection. The individual components were properly packaged and showed no signs of damage caused by shipping when we unpacked them. We were also impressed by the modest amount of packaging material used.
The contents of the dip bar package were complete upon our inspection. All components required for assembly were present, allowing us to assemble the unit without any missing parts. The included instruction manual guides the assembly process with clear illustrations of each step. Overall, the manual is easy to follow, and the assembly steps described were straightforward to implement in our practical test.

Upon first inspection, the FED-Sportsroyals Dip Bar SG-R02 made a solid and stable impression. The design is simple and functional. The model is available in various finishes, allowing for different aesthetic preferences.
Overall, we found the build quality to be very good. The individual components were neatly finished, and the construction proved to be stable during our evaluation. The dip bar’s sturdy construction was particularly impressive. Once set up, the piece of exercise equipment stood firmly in place. The materials used also made a solid impression during our evaluation.
With regard to sustainability, we did not have any specific information from the manufacturer available during the test. A more detailed evaluation of this aspect was therefore not possible.
