The Body & Mind® Aerobic Stepper made a good impression in the test. The sophisticated aerobic step platform increases performance and makes aerobic training even more fun. The aerobic step is also made of extremely hard-wearing and non-slip material. Thanks to the two additional pairs of blocks, the step can also be used at medium or high level for intensive training. A practical anti-slip mat, which provides better suspension and cushioning of the floor as well as even better anti-slip properties, is supplied free of charge . The aerobic step board from Body & Mind® made a good impression in our test. In addition to the two additional pairs of steps for a total of 3 different heights, the product also offers very easy training intensity.

The aerobic stepper was delivered in a typical cardboard box. The box was undamaged and could be opened without tools. Inside the box, the stepper was packed in a plastic bag. The plastic bag might not have been necessary, but it protects the stepper from dirt and scratches! In this case, the product was fully protected and the stepper was therefore in perfect condition. The packaging of the stepper is partially recyclable. Unfortunately, the plastic bag is not recyclable, but the cardboard box is. Overall, the stepper makes a very good impression. The stepper was undamaged and the packaging was in good condition.

After unpacking, there were three things in the stepper package. In addition to the free slip mat, the 2 additional pairs of steps. In the box, the stepper was wrapped in a plastic film, which serves to protect the product. No instructions on the use and care of the product could be found, as there were no operating instructions . Contact details are provided. All in all, this is an extremely well thought-out and customer-friendly way of sending a product.

The aerobic stepper is made of plastic. The item measures 68 x 28 x 20 cm (L x W x H). We would like to emphasise the anti-slip mat and packaging cover included in the scope of delivery, which protects the product from damage. The stepper is cleanly distributed and has no dirt or uncleanliness. Handling is relatively simple and self-explanatory, no operating instructions are required.

We had a lot of fun testing and trying out the Body & Mind® Aerobic Stepper. The stepper is compact and easy to use. The 2 additional pairs of levels allow the intensity to be varied from low to medium to high. Another positive aspect is the anti-slip mat, which cushions the step and is easy on the joints. All materials and components of the Body & Mind® step board are of high quality and excellence. The aerobic stepping board is a very good and practical piece of fitness equipment that definitely fulfils its purpose. The packaging is also sustainable.
