Everything in the box is clearly labeled so that you know exactly which part of the PC can be found where in the box. The packaging is partially recyclable and the inside of the box is filled with foam. However, this is absolutely essential for the highly sensitive contents and is therefore not optional. Inside the well-labeled box are the large screen, the power supply unit with cable, the stand with the necessary screws as well as the mouse and keyboard. Clear, illustrated German instructions are included for assembly. All contact details can be found in the instructions and on the homepage. In addition, the customer service shines with a hotline that answers all questions in a friendly manner and a live chat. This is a very customer-friendly way to send a product.
