The andiamo Super Wash / Fresh Step doormat is a high-quality dirt-trapping mat that is both functional and attractive. Designed for indoor and protected outdoor use, it provides effective protection against dirt, moisture, and dust—whether in the entrance area, garage, caravan, or as a mat for pets.
During testing by Prüfengel GmbH, the extreme robustness and high absorbency, which is due to the pile height of approximately 8 mm, were particularly noticeable. In addition to impressive slip resistance, the product also offers excellent care properties: it can be machine washed at 30°C – a real plus in everyday use.
However, even greater cleaning efficiency when vacuuming would have been desirable, as some coarse particles were not completely picked up.
Overall, the mat offers a well-designed, durable concept that is a worthwhile investment for households with children, pets, or high visitor traffic.

When unpacking the andiamo doormat, we were impressed right from the start: the shipping box was sturdy and the mat was well protected against damage during transport. We particularly liked the fact that the manufacturer avoided unnecessary packaging waste —the delivery came in an environmentally friendly cardboard box without any plastic.
The delivery was complete and the mat is self-explanatory. No instructions were necessary as the product is intuitive to use. From the perspective of Prüfengel GmbH, the combination of sustainable packaging, robust delivery, and easy handling is a successful start to an all-round positive product test. This speaks for a conscious use of environmental resources and a high degree of customer friendliness.

The high-quality workmanship of the andiamo doormat was evident from the moment we first came into contact with the product. Its simple and modern design makes it visually versatile – both in private living areas and in functional rooms such as the garage.
The material impression is consistently positive: the mat appears robust, dimensionally stable, and high-quality, which is reflected in its extremely durable structure. Another plus point is that it can be washed at 30°C, which, together with the durability of the material, ensures sustainability in everyday use.

In practical tests lasting several days, the andiamo doormat largely lived up to its advertising promises. The slip resistance was excellent in all test runs, regardless of the type of shoe or movement. The mat always remained stable in place. It also proved to be extremely durable: only minimal signs of wear were visible upon close inspection.
Most dirt could be removed with a vacuum cleaner, although some larger particles remained. The color fastness in sunlight was impressive – only on very close inspection were barely noticeable color changes apparent. An additional advantage was the very good noise insulation, which ensures a pleasant, almost silent feeling when stepping on the mat.
Prüfengel GmbH certifies that the product is highly suitable for everyday use, has solid workmanship, and offers good value for money.
