The Ardo Melia breast pump is a modern, portable electric double breast pump that is characterised above all by its mobility and quiet operation. It enables discreet and comfortable expressing without tubes, which is a considerable advantage for many mothers. Thanks to the four modes and 15 vacuum levels, the pump can be customised to the user’s individual needs. Another advantage of this breast pump is the memory function, which makes it possible to save the last mode used. The pump is also very easy to assemble as it only consists of four parts plus the pump motor, which can be easily assembled and cleaned.
The negative aspect that was noticed during testing was the slightly longer charging time, which was perceived as somewhat unpleasant compared to the battery life. Nevertheless, the pump offers a high level of convenience for everyday use thanks to its ease of use and functionality.

The Ardo Melia breast pump was thoroughly convincing in the practical test. It worked perfectly at all tested performance levels and the controls responded immediately and precisely to inputs. There were also no complaints in terms of tightness and leakage protection – all connections are secure and leak-proof. Depending on the selected suction level, the battery life is at least 100 minutes, which allows for long use. However, the charging time could be shorter, which could prove somewhat impractical with frequent use. In terms of handling and comfort, the pump proved to be comfortable, although minimal pressure points can occur during prolonged use. Cleaning the pump is straightforward due to the small number of individual parts and reassembly requires minimal effort. Overall, the pump fulfils most of the manufacturer’s advertising promises and offers a high level of functionality for everyday use.
