Manufacturer’s product description
ARNOMED nitrile gloves are powder-free, latex-free disposable gloves that are particularly suitable for medical use, food processing or precision work. Thanks to six different sizes (XS–XXL) and 12 different colours, you can choose the perfect fit for your hand size and personal taste. The textured fingertips are designed to provide improved grip, even when wet. A comfortable fit, skin compatibility and ambidextrous use make everyday work easier.
In our practical test, we were particularly impressed by the excellent freedom of movement and how easy the gloves were to put on and take off.
Our only criticisms were a slightly chemical smell, which is not unusual, and the slightly reduced grip when the gloves were completely wet.
Overall, however, the manufacturer delivers a well-designed, functional and very affordable product.

The ARNOMED nitrile gloves arrive in a compact and sturdy cardboard box. The product arrived complete and undamaged – no scratches or dirt were found. No plastic film is used for additional protection, which is a positive feature from a sustainability perspective. At the same time, it adequately fulfils its purpose in terms of product protection, as the gloves were not damaged during transport. The packaging is space-saving and gives a tidy impression.
The package contains 100 disposable gloves in the blue colour variant tested. Instructions for use, safety standards and information about the manufacturer are provided on the bottom of the packaging in both German and English. Separate instructions for use are not included, but this is not a negative point. The product is self-explanatory and the most important information is easy to find and sensibly integrated. The overall first impression is positive: the packaging appears well thought out and functional, the scope of delivery is complete and the product protection is adequate.

When you first pick up the pack, you notice the pleasantly simple design of the ARNOMED nitrile gloves. The blue version we tested is one of twelve possible colour options. The colour selection offers useful application options, such as colour coding for different work areas. The gloves are easy to remove and feel smooth, elastic and robust at the same time. No noticeable material defects, holes or production residues were found during the entire test.
The textured fingertips make a functional impression as soon as you put them on and promise precise grip for detail-oriented work. The nitrile material itself appears stretchy and resilient – excessive stretching or tearing is not to be expected under normal conditions. Even when pulled hard, the material only tears under unusual stress.
However, there is no information on the ecological or sustainable aspects of the material’s manufacture. As these are disposable gloves, their sustainability is limited per se – even if plastic packaging is not used. Nevertheless, the product is well made and well designed overall, which supports the high-quality overall impression.

In practical use, ARNOMED nitrile gloves perform well overall. They are very stretchy, which is particularly beneficial when putting them on and taking them off. Even after prolonged wear, there was no premature tearing or material failure. Subjectively, the material thickness is greater than that of very inexpensive disposable gloves, but remains thin enough for precise work.
The comfortable fit is particularly noteworthy. With six different sizes, there is a suitable option for almost every hand. The gloves fit snugly, do not pinch and do not cause any noticeable fatigue even after prolonged use, as stated by the manufacturer. The grip is very good when dry. Thanks to the textured fingertips, tools or fine objects can be gripped securely. However, the slip resistance decreases slightly when wet – a complete texture over the entire palm might be more helpful here.
Despite the material, tactile sensitivity is retained. Fine motor skills can be performed without any major restrictions, provided the correct size has been selected. A slight chemical odour was noticeable when opening the package, but this dissipated quickly and did not affect the test. Overall, the gloves largely fulfil the properties advertised by the manufacturer and offer a good overall package for everyday use.

Prices of up to £14.99 are charged online for equivalent products. Very inexpensive products are available from as little as £6.99 . ARNOMED nitrile gloves are therefore currently in the lower price segment at £3.44. The price-performance ratio is very good for the quality and performance received.
