Thanks to the integrated air pump, the product promises quick inflation in 40 seconds and easy deflation. Made from high-quality 40D nylon and TPU material, including its own cushion, it is designed to offer robust sleeping comfort.
Advantages such as the low weight, easy handling and the option of connecting two mats to form a double bed convinced us. The ease of cleaning is also a plus point. On the negative side, however, we noticed that the mat slips easily on smooth floors and makes quiet noises when moving, which could disturb sensitive sleepers. Overall, the camping air mattress offers solid performance for the price, although better slip resistance would have been desirable.

The workmanship is of good quality, which is reflected in the robust choice of materials – 40D nylon and TPU material. The stability of the mat is also impressive: it looks robust, even under load. Although there is no information on the sustainability of the product, the use of hard-wearing materials indicates a long service life, which is resource-saving. From Prüfengel GmbH’s point of view, the mat scores highly with its attractive appearance, which combines practicality and quality. Comfort is very good in most sleeping positions, although minimal pressure points remain noticeable. The stability of the mat is impressive, although it does slip slightly on smooth surfaces. Quiet but audible noises occur during movement, which sensitive users may notice. Cleaning is uncomplicated: A damp cloth is all that is needed and the drying time is satisfactory. Overall, the camping air mattress fulfils most of its promises and scores highly in terms of practicality and ease of care, even if the non-slip properties and noise levels are a slight drawback.
