The Pearway castors arrived for our test in a typical shipping box. It was therefore easy to open by removing the adhesive strip and was delivered undamaged.
Inside the box were the swivel castors wrapped in plastic film. An instruction manual is included with the product and the assembly of the castors is made child’s play with pictures. Unfortunately, plastic was used in the packaging to prevent soiling. In this case, the product was fully protected and the castors were therefore in perfect condition.
Unfortunately, the packaging of the castors is not completely recyclable.
The first impression is very good, as neither the product nor the packaging used was damaged.

After unpacking, the workbench contained operating and care instructions as well as 4x castors, 16x M8 nuts, 16x lock washers, 32x washers, 16x wood screws, 16x hexagon head screws, a screwdriver and an open-end spanner.
Installation and use is straightforward as the instructions are very precise. Unfortunately, the customer is not given a customer hotline to contact.
However, customers can contact PEARWAY’s customer service team via the email address provided. This information is printed directly on the packaging and can be easily seen by the customer. The contact information can also be found on the enclosed slip of paper.
All in all, this is a very good way to send a product.

The PEARWAY castors make a very good visual impression in the test. In addition to the simple design, they have no manufacturing defects. The thread is made of metal and the castors are made of abrasion-resistant plastic, making them perfect for use both indoors and outdoors.
The product impresses with its relatively low weight and sturdy workmanship. The customer is supplied with swivel castors, which can serve the customer well.
Unfortunately, there is no information about sustainability on the Amazon product page or packaging. Due to the high-quality materials used, we assume a long service life.

We really enjoyed using the PEARWAYcastors during the test. Installation is child’s play and can be carried out by anyone thanks to the good assembly instructions .
In our test, the castors were attached to a standard wooden board to make it easier to transport material from A to B. A tip from us is that it is easier to fit the supplied screws with a cordless screwdriver, as the screwdriver supplied requires either a pre-drilled hole or enormous strength from the craftsman. However, this always depends on the material to which the castors are attached.
The swivel castors are more than suitable for the needs during a move, as they make it easier to transport heavy and unwieldy furniture.
It is particularly important to emphasise that the swivel castors remain firmly in place and run very smoothly during use.

On the Amazon platform, consumers have given the product an average rating of 4.8 stars. One criticism is that the castors have a strong odour at first. Many customers like the fact that a lot of accessories are included and that the castors are therefore very easy to attach to furniture or boards. In our practical test, we were also able to confirm these points, but we found that the castors no longer smell after a short time.
Prices of up to €27.99 are charged on the Internet for equivalent products. Very inexpensive products are available from as little as €11.99. With a price of €18.90, the PEARWAY castors in our test are therefore in the middle price segment. The price ratio is very good for the quality and scope of services you get.
