The changing backpack with bed from all Kids United® made a very good impression in our test. In addition to its versatile features and numerous compartments, the product also offers sufficient space for baby utensils. The insulated cooling compartments, bottle compartments and the integrated crib are particularly practical. The ergonomic design with comfortable back padding and padded straps ensures a high level of comfort. Unfortunately, the lying surface of the crib integrated in the changing backpack is not sufficiently padded. This means that the baby lies practically unpadded on the floor, which is not ideal for the comfort and safety of the child.

The changing backpack is packed in a transparent plastic bag that protects the product well from dirt and external influences. Even if the use of plastic packaging can be questioned for reasons of sustainability, in this case it serves to protect the product and allows a clear view of the contents. Inside the packaging is a changing bag, which is ideal for on the go. Unfortunately, the contents of the pack are not complete, as the five baby towels included in the scope of delivery are not included.
Instructions for use are not included, which is a disadvantage, especially before first use and when setting up the backpack. Brief instructions would make it easier to get started and ensure that parents can make the best use of the backpack.

The grey backpack looks very appealing with its black zipper and beige accents, which blend harmoniously into the overall look. The baby carriage hooks and the back of the handles in particular are a subtle beige, giving the backpack a modern and stylish touch.
The workmanship of the backpack is of high quality and there are no protruding threads or unclean seams. Based on the look and workmanship, it can be concluded that the material chosen is robust and hard-wearing.
The changing backpack impresses with its practical dimensions. When folded, it measures a compact 20x35x45 cm and is therefore ideal for transportation and storage. When unfolded , the width is a generous 90 cm and the height of the net is 25 cm. This means that the backpack offers enough space for all important baby and changing utensils and is still compact and handy.
The use of high-quality materials and the solid workmanship mean that the backpack will last a long time.

The features of the backpack are versatile and impress with numerous compartments that offer enough space for all baby essentials. The large compartment with the four inside pockets, as well as the two compartments for drinking bottles on the outside and on the front with insulated compartments for jars or bottles, for example, make it easy to find what you need quickly. The insulated cooling compartments for milk and meals, the bottle compartments and the large volume in particular make the backpack a practical companion for on the go. The removable changing mat and the fully integrated baby crib are further innovative features that make everyday life with children easier and parenthood more comfortable. The layout of the backpack is well thought out and allows baby items to be clearly organized .
Another highlight is the USB charging port, which can be used to conveniently charge a cell phone, smartphone, night light or baby monitor on the go.
Practical tests have shown that the lying surface of the crib integrated in the changing backpack is unfortunately not sufficiently padded. As a result, the baby lies practically unpadded on the floor, which is not ideal for the comfort and safety of the child. Sufficient padding would be desirable to provide the baby with a comfortable surface to lie on and to avoid pressure points. It is advisable to possibly use an additional soft carpet pad or a soft blanket when using the integrated crib to increase the baby’s lying comfort and ensure a padded lying surface.
The ergonomic design of the changing backpack is reflected in the comfortable back padding and the padded straps, which protect the back and offer a high level of comfort . This is particularly important as the backpack is often worn for long periods of time and should be comfortable even when fully loaded.
