The Dimono® double-walled drinking glass was clean and appropriately packaged, without unnecessary packaging material. The product protection was adequate, as the glasses arrived without scratches or soiling . However, it should be noted that bubble wrap was used for the packaging, which makes sense for glass products but is not particularly sustainable.
