The robust outer carton provides reliable protection against transport damage, and all parts are arranged compactly and securely inside. All components—from the backrest to the screws—are completely wrapped in plastic film. This provides effective protection against scratches, but results in a high proportion of plastic. From an ecological point of view, the use of more sustainable materials would be desirable in order to reduce the amount of plastic. All parts were present and securely stowed away. The enclosed multilingual instructions were easy to understand and made assembly much easier. Overall, the packaging offers solid product protection and makes a good overall impression, with the main potential for improvement lying in the use of materials.

The seat cushion with pocket springs adapts noticeably to the body weight and provides a comfortable sitting experience reminiscent of a sofa. Overall, it is very comfortable to sit on and provides good support. The adjustment mechanisms worked reliably. The backrest could be adjusted smoothly between 90° and 135°, and the padded armrests could also be adjusted easily and stably. The casters ran smoothly and without any problems on carpet, laminate, and tile. Since they are made of plastic, they are not completely silent, which is normal. However, compared to the quieter casters on other models from the manufacturer, they are a minor drawback. The armrests proved to be very comfortable, ergonomically positioned and provided good support even during longer periods of work.
