AQAHY ‘s drinking water disinfection active tablets are a chemical alternative to drinking water treatment. The active ingredient sodium hypochlorite transforms any water into drinking water within 30 minutes. It also preserves the water for up to 6 months.
For your own safety , you should preferably drink water that is already as clean as possible before adding the tablet, e.g. water from running water. Water with healthy-looking animals and plants is ideal. Water that smells unpleasant or contains dead animals is not suitable.
The tablets are simple and straightforward to use . One tablet is dissolved in 1 liter of water and the water should stand for at least 30 minutes to achieve a sufficient effect. The purified water is odorless and tasteless and can be drunk without hesitation. One point of criticism is that the tablets are not packed individually in a blister, but together in a tin. This type of packaging eliminates the possibility of individual removal and contactless addition to the water to be treated.
If you want to sterilize larger quantities of water and preserve it over a longer period of time, the drinking water sterilization active tablets from AQAHY are the first choice, but there are also other chemical-free methods for smaller quantities.
