This product was delivered in a very long cardboard box that was perfectly sized for the vibrating rod .
Inside the box was the vibration bar, wrapped in plastic film. It would be desirable for the manufacturer to consider a more environmentally friendly packaging alternative.
The product also includes instructions in English that explain a few different exercises and point out possible incorrect uses.

When you pick up the bar for the first time, you immediately notice its comfortable weight. The product fits well in the hand and the handle feels comfortable in the palm. The flexibility of the bar is immediately apparent, suggesting that it can generate good vibrations . The product is very long, giving the impression that it may not be as easy to use for very small people as it is for people of average height.
In terms of stability, the stick is impressive: it is made from a single piece and, despite the flexibility required, is reasonably stable and sturdy.

The gymnastic stick can be used almost silently —there is hardly any noise, making it possible to train very quietly.
In terms of handling , the product is impressive – it can be used immediately after unpacking and is versatile for a variety of exercises. As the bar is very long, it is easier to use for people of average height than for very short people.
