As part of our practical test of the sBike Lite indoor bike from Sportstech , we thoroughly scrutinised the manufacturer’s advertising promises. The saddle of the bike proves to be extremely comfortable, which is confirmed by all testers regardless of height and weight. This enables comfortable training even over longer periods of time. The noise generated during use is low and slightly audible, but not disturbing, so that undisturbed training is possible.
The user-friendliness of the controls should also be emphasised; all buttons are easy to reach and clearly labelled, ensuring an immediate response to inputs. In addition, both the seat and the handlebars can be adjusted very easily and precisely, with the adjustment mechanisms remaining stable even after repeated actuation. Assembling the bike is very easy and can be done in less than 30 minutes. All parts fit together perfectly and the clear instructions guide you effortlessly through the assembly process. Overall, the sBike Lite fully fulfils the manufacturer’s expectations and promises.

However, we also found that the dependence on the app for certain functions can be a disadvantage.
