The seaming pliers of the brand WERKTHOR arrived in the typical shipping box for our test, so it was easy to open by removing the adhesive strip and was undamaged delivered.
The box contained three folding pliers, which have different angles. To protect the folding pliers from shock and dirt, a device was integrated into the box to hold the pliers in place. The product protection was in this case completely given and the pliers was thus in one perfect condition.
Unfortunately, the packaging of the seaming pliers is not completely recyclable.
The first impression is very well, as neither the product nor the packaging used was damaged.

After unpacking there were three seaming pliers on the workbench. The folding pliers only differ in the angle they use (45°/90°/180°).
Unfortunately, there are no instructions for use or care for the seaming pliers.
Nevertheless, the use of the seaming pliers is understandable through internet research, but as a layman you have no clue which materials and which material thickness are particularly suitable for this tool and you have to find out by doing your own research.

The pliers are all in good hands and have thanks of the grip never slipped.
Nevertheless, it remains to be mentioned that the folding pliers unfortunately no user manual or care instructions is included, so that as a layman you first have to google what you have to pay attention to when using it and which materials are suitable for it.
Another point of criticism on our part is that the edges of the seaming pliers nnot lie exactly on top of each other, resulting in sheet metal bending some curved spots can arise. This is probably not particularly bad for the do-it-yourselfer, but it does harbor a small risk of despair for the perfectionist among do-it-yourselfers.
