The FLYBIRD vibration plate combines high-frequency vibrations with 120 intensity levels for a versatile full-body workout. Deep tissue stimulation promotes blood circulation, supports muscle activation, and can contribute to a firmer appearance of the thighs, buttocks, back, and arms . The powerful motor, running at 2,880 rpm, generates up to 820 vibrations per minute. In addition, 20 built-in magnets support blood circulation and can aid in lymphatic drainage and relieve tired, swollen legs. Gentle vibration modes are also ideal for post-workout recovery and for relaxing tense muscles. For an efficient workout, simply step onto the platform. The included resistance band expands your workout to include arm exercises and promotes balance and stability. Five smart programs vary the vibration intensity and provide a variety of training stimuli.
The sturdy ABS construction supports up to 150 kilograms. A quiet motor and four non-slip suction cups ensure high stability, even during intense workouts. Operation is convenient via an LED touchscreen or remote control.

Inside the box were the vibration platform, resistance bands, an instruction manual, a remote control, and the power cord.
It would be desirable for the manufacturer to consider a more environmentally friendly packaging option than plastic, as the product components were wrapped in plastic and Styrofoam.

When you pick up the vibration plate for the first time, you immediately notice its compact size. It’s easy to store after a workout and seems to be designed so that people with both large and small feet can use it.
The resistance bands make a good, high-quality impression and are suitable for a wide variety of exercises.

The FED-FLYBIRD VP1 vibration plate was put through a thorough practical test to evaluate the features specified by the manufacturer.
The test revealed that the noise level remains consistently very low during operation. The device operates exceptionally quietly and is barely noticeable even in a quiet environment—a clear advantage for unobtrusive workouts.
The specified vibration levels were confirmed in the test. The measured values corresponded to the manufacturer’s specifications and deviated only within a very narrow tolerance range.
The remote control was also impressive. Even from a slightly greater distance, it responded reliably and without any noticeable delay. All training programs could be operated intuitively without malfunctions or issues.
The comfort of the workout stood out as particularly positive. All test subjects found the device very comfortable to use and reported no discomfort whatsoever. This speaks to high-quality cushioning and a well-thought-out ergonomic design. The only minor drawback is the resistance cables, which are not well-suited for very short people under 1.55 meters.
The results of the practical test reflect this. The VP1 stood out particularly for its low noise level and diverse training programs.
