The product was delivered for our test in a neutral shipping box , which was in perfect condition and could be opened without any problems and without any tools. The shipping box contained a small product box with attractive pictures and the product name. Inside werethe five different fitness bands, each individually wrapped in plastic film.
The fitness bands were in perfect condition and made a good, high-quality first impression. However, we felt that the use of plastic film to protect the bands was unnecessary. It would have been desirable to include instructions for use, although the product is self-explanatory. An overview with tips for beginners would have been particularly helpful.

The visual appearance of the fitness bands from Body & Mind is appealing and functional, with beautiful colours that are easy to distinguish from each other. The imprint with the intensity level is perceived as very helpful and the bands have a high-quality appearance overall.
The workmanship of the fitness bands is very good, the print on the bands is clear and of high quality. The print does not lose its quality even when pulled apart. The fitness bands are very stable and tear-resistant, they do not slip from the desired position.
There is no specific information on the sustainability of the product, but high-quality materials are used, which indicates that the product is durable.

The fitness bands from Body & Mind have impressive material elasticity. When stretched, they showed no visible damage and are made of natural latex, which is known for its strong elasticity . The material felt pleasant and smooth, with no unpleasant edges or unevenness, and did not rub against the skin.
During the product test, we found that the fitness bands adhered firmly to the various parts of the body even when sweating and did not slip. Cleaning the bands was easy, as they did not show any damage or changes after cleaning. Cleaning them by hand with soap and then drying them made them look like new again.
The skin compatibility of the fitness bands was also particularly positive. There were no signs of skin irritation or intolerance either on direct contact with bare skin or during training. Overall, the fitness bands from Body & Mind were convincing in our product test.
