The food bags from GOODS+GADGETS® made a very good impression in our test. The food bags with threaded drawstring closure offer easy handling and a secure closure. Thanks to the three differentsizes, the bags are versatile, durable and hygienic. The high-quality workmanship and cotton material guarantee a long service life. The bags are suitable for various foods and are easy to clean. Overall, they are a recommendable and environmentally friendly alternative to conventional packaging. A second drawstring closure could further optimize the closure and would therefore have been desirable.

We took a close look at and tested the product in a practical test. In the following, we take a closer look at the features and impressions. From the packaging, materials and quality to the range of functions and handling, the product is subjected to our test procedure.

The food bags are supplied in a rectangular brown cardboard box that protects the product securely. The packaging is deliberately kept simple in order to avoid additional packaging material and thus promote sustainability.
A total of three food pouches in different sizes are included.
Detailed instructions for use are not required, as the use of the food bags is self-explanatory. Cleaning instructions can be found on the back of the product packaging.

The cotton food bags come in an attractive creamy white and have a braided cord closure. This gives the bags an aesthetic and practical appearance that blends harmoniously into any kitchen.
The bags are manufactured to a high quality, making them durable and hard-wearing. There are no visible protruding threads or processing errors, which indicates that they have been carefully manufactured.
The material used, cotton, underlines the sustainable aspect of the shopping bags.
The set contains three bags in different sizes: Size S (20x25cm), Size M (25x35cm) and Size L (30x45cm). This variety allows the bags to be used flexibly for a wide range of food and storage purposes.
Thanks to the high-quality materials and solid workmanship, the cotton food bags can be used again and again. This not only reduces the use of disposable plastic and thus promotes sustainability, but also guarantees the long-term usability of the product.

The use of the threaded cord closure enables easy handling and secure closing of the bags. However, a second cord closure would be advantageous to make closing even faster and more effective. This would also help to close the bag completely, as with only one drawstring closure there is still a small opening through which air could enter and food could dry out.
The variety of sizes on offer allows the bags to be used flexibly for different foods and storage purposes. For example, they can be used for small snacks or larger foods such as bread.
Another advantage is that the food bags are easy to clean. After use, they can simply be turned upside down and the crumbs or residue removed. The bags can also be washed at temperatures of up to 40°C , allowing them to be reused hygienically.
All in all, the cotton food bags offer an environmentally friendly and stylish alternative for storing food.
