This reliably protects the contents from dirt and moisture during transport. At first glance, the packaging makes a neat and functional impression. All parts arrived complete and undamaged, which speaks in favour of adequate transport protection. The enclosed instructions are clear and easy to understand, making assembly easy even for non-professionals. On the other hand, the use of plastic film is a negative aspect. Although it protects the product effectively, a more environmentally friendly alternative, such as one made from recycled paper or cardboard, would have been preferable. For a product whose practical use is also aimed at sustainability in the household, the use of plastic does not quite fit in with the overall design.

The yellow bag stand from MidingChai performed very well overall in the various categories in the practical test. The easy handling when changing bags and the flexible use with different bag sizes were particularly positive. The stand was easy to fit with standard yellow bags and proved to be compatible with different formats. Bags with a volume of between 60 and 90 litres were an ideal fit. Smaller bags could also be used, but were a little looser. Changing the bags was also straightforward. The generous opening and the sturdy retaining clips allow the bags to be inserted and removed securely without them slipping or being damaged. The fasteners grip reliably and retain their tension even after several uses – a clear plus point for regular use. Under load, the frame remained stable in its basic form. Although there were slight movements when it was filled more heavily or larger objects were thrown in, it did not tip over or fall apart. The design is suitable for everyday use and remains stable even when fully loaded. The space required when assembled is moderate and should be taken into account if space is limited. A practical detail is that the stand can be folded up and stored flat if required. This also makes it suitable for households with limited storage space or for seasonal use.
