The seed tray is dishwasher-safe thanks to the coated ceramic tray and the rustproof 304 stainless steel sieve. The small seeds cannot slip through the mesh when spraying due to the narrow-meshed sieve. The fine cress sieve ensures that the sprouting seeds are held securely in place more quickly due to the thin roots. Cress has a good mix of B vitamins such as folic acid (vitamin B9) as well as vitamin C, minerals (iron, calcium) and trace elements (iodine). These give the body new energy.
