The Hafjall men’s thermal underwear set in black has been carefully packaged to ensure optimum product protection. The packaging consists of a transparent plastic bag with a reusable adhesive strip at the opening. The black thermal underwear set from Kirkjubøur® impresses at first glance with its appealing visual appearance. The set consists of long trousers and a long top, both in an elegant black. A striking brand logo is placed both in the middle of the chest of the top and continuously on the waistband, giving the set an additional individual touch. A closer look reveals the excellent workmanship of the set. The hard-wearing yet stretchy material guarantees a long service life and allows optimum freedom of movement. The seams are neatly finished, which not only ensures an attractive look, but also supports the durability of the set. The material used consists of 95% polyester and 5% elastane. The inside is lined with a soft and warming fleece that is extremely comfortable to wear . This material ensures that the set provides optimum warmth even on the coldest days and maintains a pleasant body climate. The set is available in blue, white and black, with different sizes from S to XL to choose from. Our test specimen is in size M, and it fits our slim tester perfectly. The set fits well without being uncomfortably tight and offers a high level of comfort even after prolonged wear.
A particularly positive feature is the wide, elasticated waistband, which ensures a secure and comfortable fit. The trouser legs are cut long and narrow, which ensures a good fit and prevents the clothing from slipping. This allows good freedom of movement, making the suit suitable for sporting activities.
In the last part of our practical test, we wash the thermo set according to the manufacturer’s instructions. This is an easy-care wash cycle at 30 °C without drying and ironing, which corresponds to the usual specifications for comparable garments. The set survives the washing process without damage or discoloration. This means the set always remains hygienically clean.
