The HONAX head and neck rest was delivered in two boxes for our test. On the outside, the set was in a DHL box, while the inner box bore the company logo and product name. Both boxes were undamaged and could be opened easily without additional tools. However, when unpacking the set, we noticed the excessive amount of packaging material . Although the product itself was undamaged and in perfect condition , the amount of plastic packaging was clearly excessive. Both the cushion and the cushion wings were each packed in a plastic bag. The package also contained a small detailed instruction manual with explanatory pictures in both German and English.
