The incontinence pads from Harmony Care made a very good impression in the test.
The washable incontinence underpad is a set of two underpads measuring 75 x 90 cm. These underpads have been specially developedfor use with incontinence.
The product is breathable, i.e. it is permeable to air and therefore ensures a comfortable lying position. At the same time, they are 100% waterproof so that no liquid can penetrate. This protects the bed or other surfaces from moisture.
The incontinence pads are versatile and can be used not only in bed, but also on chairs, sofas or other furniture as leak protection.
The product is odour-binding, i.e. it neutralizes unpleasant odours and thus ensures greater hygiene.
According to the manufacturer, the pads can absorb and safely store large amounts of liquid due to their high absorbency.
The incontinence pads are manufactured to the highest quality standards to ensure reliable and long-lasting performance.
They are impermeable to blood, secretions and urine, i.e. they protect against the seepage of blood, secretions and urine.
The incontinence pads are equipped with 4-layer technology to ensure optimum absorbency and safety.
The pads can be machine washed at 95 degrees Celsius and are also suitable for tumble drying.
They are certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and tested for harmful substances. They have also been dermatologically tested for skin compatibility.

The incontinence underpads consist of a 4-layer technology, i.e. the top layer is made of polyester, with an absorbent layer of polyester fleece underneath. This is followed by a polyurethane barrier layerand the underside is made of non-slip polyester velour.
When edging with an overlock stitch, there are inaccuracies at the beginning and end.
Otherwise, the carpet pad has no material defects.
Due to the good quality, we expect a long service life.

We liked the incontinence pads from Harmony Care very much in the test.
They are easy to place on the surface to be protected. This does not necessarily have to be the bed to protect the mattress, you can also place the product on the sofa to protect the furniture.
The size is perfectly adequate as simple protection, but a version with wings for additional non-slip protection on the mattress would be even better for restless sleepers.
The product proves to be non-slip on a fabric base, but the anti-slip layer is not sufficient on a smooth surface, e.g. on a leather sofa. This can be remedied by clamping it between the back of the sofa and the seat.
We were also not 100% convinced by the absorbency of the carpet pad, as it only partially absorbs the liquid and the surface is still relatively damp. However, the moisture does not penetrate completely so that the surface to be protected remains dry.
The reusability helps to protect the environment.
Overall, the incontinence underpad from Harmony Care is a good choice.
