As part of our practical test, we thoroughly tested the BBQ Minnesota gas barbecue and documented the results using the specified test methods. Assembly was quick and easy, so that it could be carried out alone without any problems. The ignition and flame control proved to be very reliable. Thanks to the powerful piezo ignition and precise control via the rotary knobs, the gas barbecue was easy to start and regulate the flame height. With a total output of 20.3 kW and six stainless steel burners , the product heats up quickly and ensures even heat distribution over the entire grilling surface. The temperature control enables a wide range of temperatures suitable for different grilling techniques . The integrated warming rack keeps the finished food warm. Cleaning is straightforward as the grill grate is made of enamelled cast iron, which is easy to clean and maintain. A particular advantage of the gas barbecue is the separately controllable side burner, which offers additional cooking options, for example for side dishes or sauces. Other highlights include the four wheels, the tarpaulin, two side work surfaces, the base cabinet, the integrated thermometer, the lid with viewing window and the LED lighting for the rotary knobs.
Note:the gas bottle was only placed in the storage for the photo, for safety reasons it should be placed next to the gas barbecue when grilling
