The KAIMANA® AquaVision ProLite snorkelling set impresses with its simple and functional design. The workmanship is of high quality, which is reflected in the stable and precisely fitting components. In particular, the use of shatterproof glass and soft medical silicone shows that attention has been paid to durability and wearing comfort. In terms of stability , the set is impressive as all parts appear robust. However, the manufacturer has not provided any information on sustainability. The snorkelling set consists mainly of plastic parts and cannot be repaired or recycled. There are also no measures for environmental compensation.

The KAIMANA® AquaVision ProLite snorkelling set performed well in the practical test and fulfilled the manufacturer’s specifications. The fit of the snorkel is very good and the wearing comfort is impressive across the board. In particular, the fabric comfort strap instead of the usual silicone strap offers a pleasant feeling on the head and ensures a secure fit. With longer hair, individual strands can get caught, which can be a little uncomfortable.
The breathing flow through the dry snorkel is optimal and the mouthpiece is tight so that the user can breathe easily at all times without water getting in. The diving mask also offers a wide field of vision without distortion, which significantly improves the underwater experience. The clear view allows undisturbed observation of the underwater world.
The mask is very easy to clean. Although the soft silicone can quickly attract dust and dirt, it can be easily rinsed off under running water. Transporting and storing the set is easy thanks to the bag supplied, although this does not offer any special protection against scratches on the lenses. The bag is made of a mesh material so that the snorkelling set can dry even when packed.
Overall, the snorkelling set impresses with its functionality, high level of comfort and ease of use.
