The Koru Style Premium down comforter is a year-round comforter made from 100% white Bavarian country down of class 1 in accordance with DIN EN 12934. The comforter being tested has a filling weight of 480 grams and measures 135×200 cm. It is also available in the seller’s online store at in the sizes 155×220 cm and 150×200 cm, whereby the filling weight increases accordingly. The quilting of the comforter has a high-quality appearance and is very even, so that clumping of the down can be prevented in the best possible way. During testing, it is noticeable that the comforter is very pleasant to the touch and the cover is made of 100% cotton . In addition to the tested all-season comforter, the Koru Style online store offers many other options such as different sizes or warmth classes. The warmth classes range from 1-4, with warmth class 1 being a light summer comforter and warmth class 4 being a densely filled, warm winter comforter. The filling is also available in different variants, for example comforters with 100% down or comforters with a mixture of down and feathers are available in different price categories. The Koru Style Premium eiderdown comes in a white fabric bag printed with a logo. The bag has carrying handles and is closed with a zipper . The bag contained the carefully folded down comforter and a flyer with information on the correct use of the product and the seller’s contact details. As a small gift, the seller also included a lavender pillow made of 100% cotton with a pleasantly scented lavender filling and printed with the Koru Kids logo. Sustainability was taken into account when shipping the product. The components described were packed very compactly and there was no plastic waste. Overall, the packaging already gives the impression that the customer values environmental compatibility and high product quality.

The blanket corresponds to the dimensions specified by the manufacturer. It is noticeable that the stitching is beautifully even and neatly sewn . The overall finish is of a high quality and the outer seam is also sewn perfectly. When you hold the blanket in your hand for the first time, you notice that the 100% cotton outer material is both robust and very soft. The pleasant, not too heavy product weight should also be emphasized. The manufacturer’s statement that the blanket is a year-round blank et is appropriate. It is quite conceivable that the blanket can be used as a comforter in both summer and winter .

A special feature of the comforter is that it is easy to care for. The down comforter can be easily washed at 60 degrees and is even suitable for tumble drying.
