The sleeping bag is made of breathable organic muslin, has a TOG rating of 2.0 for year-round use and is easy to use thanks to its two-way zip, especially when changing nappies at night. It is also easy to care for as it is machine washable, making it ideal for everyday use. It is available in sizes 60 and 80 and in three colours.
One negative aspect noted in the test by Prüfengel is that the stated OEKO-TEX® certificate cannot be directly verified, as no corresponding label is included.

The first impression of the KUNU baby sleeping bag is positive. The baby sleeping bag was perfectly sized and neatly packaged without unnecessary filling material. The product was well protected and arrived undamaged and clean. It is particularly noteworthy that no plastic was used at all.
The delivery contained only the sleeping bag, which made for a clear presentation. A separate instruction manual was not included, but all important information on care, size and warmth rating is noted on a small, sewn-in label . This makes the product easy to understand and ready for immediate use.

When we first picked it up, the KUNU baby sleeping bag impressed us with its simple yet appealing design. Available in three colours – pastel blue, pastel pink and pastel beige – it is aimed at parents who prefer a timeless and harmonious design. The quality of workmanship is consistently very high: there were no seam defects, loose threads or other manufacturing defects.
The stability of the material and the zips is also impressive. Despite repeated handling and stress, the sleeping bag proved to be durable and robust. Particularly important: the material is made of OEKO-TEX® certified organic cotton, which guarantees not only skin-friendliness but also sustainability. However, it would be desirable to add the OEKO-TEX label for better traceability. Overall, the baby sleeping bag conveys a high-quality impression both visually and haptically and impresses with its combination of simple design, high-quality workmanship and sustainable choice of materials.

The KUNU Muslin baby sleeping bag in size 80 was tested in practice. The zip with two zippers proved to be of high quality and was easy to use. The ability to open the sleeping bag from the bottom without taking it off was particularly practical, making night-time nappy changing easier.
The breathability of the material was also confirmed: even after prolonged use, the baby sleeping bag never felt stuffy, but remained pleasantly airy.
The fit was impressive, offering sufficient freedom of movement while remaining secure, with no slipping.
The material felt soft and skin-friendly, which further increased wearing comfort. The ease of care also corresponded to the manufacturer’s specifications: the sleeping bag could be easily washed at 30 °C in the washing machine and retained its shape and quality after several washes. Its suitability for everyday use was confirmed by its ease of handling in daily use.
Overall, the practical test showed that the functionality and quality correspond to the manufacturer’s specifications. In our practical test, we were able to confirm that the KUNU baby sleeping bag muslin impresses with its high suitability for everyday use, good workmanship and breathable material. The only criticism remains the lack of the OEKO-TEX® label.
