The recessed LED spot lights are carefully packaged and protected by fabric bags. The product packaging contains the three recessed LED spotlights in separate boxes and four frosted glass foils. The packaging is sustainable, as unnecessary packaging waste has been avoided and plastic has not been used. Operating instructions in German and English are included. A QR code in the instructions leads to six other languages.

The workmanship is very good, with no visible defects such as scratches, dents or unclean transitions. The lights appear stable and make a robust impression. Although no explicit information is given on the sustainability of the product, the high-quality workmanship suggests a certain longevity. The manufacturer also offers a 30-day right of return and a 5-year manufacturer’s guarantee.

Installing the recessed LED spotlights is quick and easy. All that is required is an installation depth of 26 mm and a ceiling cut-out of 60 to 70 mm per spotlight. The brightness is described by the manufacturer as having a light output of 500 lm and a color temperature of 3000 K, which provides sufficient and pleasant warm white light. The frosted glass foil supplied optionally enables an even softer light. The lower electricity costs compared to halogen spotlights and the integrated transformer are further advantages. The product can be installed in various indoor areas, even in the bathroom thanks to its IP20 protection rating . However, as the manufacturer also points out, the spotlights are not suitable for installation above wet areas . Customers can currently choose between two set sizes (3 or 6 spotlights) and three different colors (stainless steel design, glossy white, matt white) .
